A calming Lifesaver
This L-Theanine has been a lifesaver for calming my system when I’m overstimulated. Not Great for Sleep
It hasn't helped with sleep whatsoever. BUT it does help to reduce inflammation in the body so I will use at least this bottle.

Putting less plastic into environment!
Loyal customer for years, happy to see same amt. in smaller bottle!! Bigger bottles don't fool anyone and now there's a little less plastic being g discarded.

So far, so good. I specifically bought to rest well at night and it’s happening. I’m happy to recommend this for those night owls that can’t fall asleep to use this in combination with melatonin 10 mg and Magnesium Glycinate
