Helped me as I have been taking iron pills. It has helped me poop. :) There is no taste to it. It does help my gut out . Texture isn’t bad at all. Smell isn’t terrible. Very good quality.

I've been using this product for a few years. It has no fillers. All you get is pure psyllium. I take 2 capsules daily for gut health. There is no gas or bloating. I highly recommend this brand.

I have been drinking Metamucil for a while. It works but, drinking it everyday and, the heartburn. Tried these about a month ago, 2 capsules every day with water and, it works just like Metamucil. Much cheaper as well. Update: been taking now for over 6 months and, it's still working perfectly. Use to take it in the morning now take it in the evening and, works by morning. Please never stop making these capsules!

So far seems to be working fine. Trying this to naturally lower cholesterol. We will see when my bloodwork is taken in May.
