Check it over well when you get it.
Nice little PC for basic tasks. If you are browsing the web, watching YouTube or some light office work this should do the job for you.Shortly after I opened it, I started checking some things. It came with Windows 11 Pro 21H2 installed and activated. Not the newest release but with patience, it does upgrade. What surprised me though is that when I checked the Startup apps, burnintest was enabled. I am not an expert with Windows but a burn in test sounds like something that should have been disabled or even removed at the factory since it is meant to stress every part of your system to ensure that it is suitable for use. Stressing every part of the system constantly though would not be good for durability of the machine. After adjusting the startup apps and a few of the Microsoft services and installing a dual boot of Linux, I am pretty happy with this little device.

Very good value
I've been running this PC for about 4 days now with zero problems or issues. Performance is as advertised. Taking it apart to add a 2.5" SSD is super easy. The fan is nearly silent. Using the included VESA mount, mounting to back of the monitor was no problem. Time will tell about its durability. Windows 11 Pro activated without any problems. The most pleasant surprise is that there is not any added crapware, trialware, or nagware pre-installed -- it is pretty much a clean Windows installation. I did find that there is an undocumented "burn in test" running that Starts up automatically that users need to disable (see included photo). That is the only non-standard thing that I found in the Windows installation. I'm very happy with the purchase and value.

It works
Fan is a little louder than I'd expect. Manufacturer support website is sketchy at best (downloads are hosted on Mega...) Don't purchase this if you're looking for something with long-term support. The price was right for my use case.Don't expect miracles out of the hardware. I'm using it as a headless Linux box. It's a little too slow for Win 11 (which it comes with out of the box.)Would give 5 stars if manufacturer had a decent support/downloads website.

Virtually Silent, Energy Efficient, Great Performance
Perfect for multi-tasking productivity and media center. Ram is Micron. Hard drive is Solidigm which writes over 3000 mb/s. Great benchmarks for everything except 3D. Super easy setup. Should last a decade. Doubt I'll ever need customer service.

Random Crashes
For a $150 bucks I paid, it’s pretty nice and easy to set up. The main issues is the random crashes that occur when downloading or opening applications. I have to hard reset the device, which does not take long.

Small PC for a small price
I like the size of the PC and the power. The Mic does not work but I added an external mic which works fine.

Don't leave it running.
Nice little win 11 box - until the onboard graphics died 3 months in (13th May). I left it on with the TV I use as a monitor off, due to an update in progress, came home, turned on the TV, to find no video on either HDMI. Now, if plugged in,won't trn off, won't display, and is outside the support window. It was handling complex font renders in fontforge very quickly. It was running Kerbal Space Program with mid-level graphics a bit sluggish in the hangar, but fine in mission.

Don't expect anything exceptional...
I wasn't expecting much for the price and specs. But I only wanted something as a media hub for the TV, and for that it's great. I hooked it up to my TV, downloaded VLC, and a few other programmers, connected my external drives with my music and shows, and I'm set. Add a wireless mouse and keyboard and you would rarely need to touch it.

Or la solution était hyper simple...

Good service
I had a problem with the G3 6 months after purchase it no longer worked. the first contact with the service went well. they diagnosed a problem and sent me a replacement SSD hard drive. I install the ur disk and still the same problem. I recontacted the contact person for Canada by email. 1 week passes without news. I relaunched with support in CC and a few days later I replied and sent photos. they gave me an address in Calgary to send the mini pca at my expense, a few days after they received it, they sent me a replacement. Despite the delays, I had good service with them.
