This is a great thumb drive with lots of storage space. I love the fact it has a little loop on the end that I was able to attach a strap to. I'm only giving it 4 stars because when you slide the USB out it doesn't lock in place. This makes it difficult to insert into some machines without the USB retracting.

Being now 79 years old, new technology is so amazing but usually hard for me to figure out. This is so easy to use and so far just the greatest product. I was desperate to save all my crochet patterns as they represent a sizeable investment and are now all easy to access as they are now gathered in one safe place. Pattern files can be really huge in many cases but with this wonderful Thumb Drive, storage is no longer an issue. That is so wonderful! There is still so much room I can add photo files as well! I am thinking I will go back to this seller and get more of these for Christmas gifts, maybe stocking stuffers. Great little product! Speed is pretty amazing as well.

UPDATE from original review of 1 star. I have now made this 5 stars Originally, this would not work in my car and I did not understand why , something told me to check the formatting of this drive and what is compatible with my car. The default formatting ( which is I think ExFAT) caused my car to not recognize the USB drive because my car is compatible with either FAT32 or NTFS. I had to change it to NTFS once I did that it worked just keep in mind that if you’re having the same issue format it first before you add the music otherwise you’ll lose everything. I learned that the hard way lol but I am happy now that it’s working and I can continue to add the rest of my music. I think that the seller should put something in the description about the possible compatibility when it comes to formatting. If you do need to change the formatting plug in the USB drive to your computer once the folder opens at the top, there should be something that says format, and you’ll be able to change it there. It was very simple. Every single USB drive that I have used in my car has always worked to play music. Unfortunately my old one broke so I needed a new one. I had one that did not have enough memory so I purchased this one I transferred all my music onto it just to discover that this does not work in my 2021 Cadillac XT5 I plug it in, go to USB under audio, and it says no device found!!!! I’m so annoyed. So either I got a defective one or it really doesn’t work in the car.

Great value for money as I use them as a USB windows boot device for reinstalling a Windows image saved under Macrium Reflect as the Microsoft recovery mechanism are useless. You generally need less than 1 gb for Reflect to grab the drivers required to boot a Windows computer (Win7 - Win 10) and then you can re-load a previously saved image file that's anywhere from 25 gb to 60 gb depending on the apps you previously installed. Hint 1: Windows recovery will many times fail to locate drivers to create a USB boot stick but Macrium seems to work fine and find the required drivers. Hint 2: As computers don't come with Windows install disks usually, you can get 64gb SSD drives for $40 to save the Windows image on in case of a catastrophic failure of the HDD, that's a lot cheaper than having to buy a new install from Microsoft ! Probably works on a 64gb USB memory stick as well but will take a much longer time to create and load.

Rather have a book not this crap I’m 68 give me the manual
