Get This Tool
I don't normally take the time to review a tool, but this bottom bracket tool works so well on a SRAM DUB BSA. No slop, no scratching the cups, it just works and lets me torque the cups down properly without weird angles like the open ended and closed end wrench style tools have.

perfect park quality but at park prices
Needed yet another bottom bracket tool as this time was putting on threaded bsa sram dub bottom bracket. 12 tooth tool, fit perfect, no slipping when torque wrench set to recommended 50 setting.

The right tool but fits loose
This tool worked okay to replace my BSA bottom bracket. While this was the correct tool for the job, the fit over the bottom bracket was loose and I had to be very careful not to slip the tool while remove and installing the BB. I don't think this is really the fault of the tool and more of the 12-notch standard and slightly rounded shape of the BB. The tool is pricy compared to other no name brands and I am not convinced it worked any better.

It just works
Why does every bottom bracket require a different tool? I have 4 road/gravel bikes and I need 4 different tools. I recently upgraded my gravel bike to a DUB BB and of course it needs a different tool than the GXP BB that I had on there before. My new bike has a T-47 BB and that requires yet another new tool. I think Park tool is at the center of this conspiracy as I keep on having to buy new tools from them because their tools are just plain superior to everyone else's. Good job, Park Tool!

Great quality tools from Park Tools as always. Yes, there are cheaper options but if you want to get the job done correctly then buy once, cry once. The BB tool fits the SRAM BB perfectly and grips the bb giving you confidence that you won’t damage anything. Solid performance!
