The Psychic Workbook: A Beginner's Guide to Activities and Exercises to Unlock Your Psychic Skills

I am just starting this book, but very happy with this book. Part 2 is awesome! There are a number of exercises: opening third eye, protection meditation, chakra balancing, meeting spirit guides, developing stronger clairs, palm readings, aura readings, and so much more. Ive bought a lot of books on the subject. This is one of my favorites. Highly recommend!!!

I love the fact that this book is so clear and concise! The subject matter is esoteric in nature but the writing makes it soo approachable, understandable, and practical. I’ve skimmed through several of the exercises and I love the breadth of topics she works through, the way she builds on techniques from one exercise to the next, and the fact that there’s room right in the book to take notes. Also, from a technical standpoint, they chose great paper for writing on! I used to work at a printer and I see alll the time people use coated paper on forms and things that people are meant to write on, and it’s so frustrating to write with pen or pencil on coated paper. Uncoated paper, which this book has, is sooo much better for writing on! And they used a good quality paper stock to boot. I definitely recommend this book if you’re wanting to develop your psychic skills and are looking for something clear, specific, friendly, and understandable! I’ll be sure to update again in a few months after I’ve had time to work on the exercises for a while!

Written by a former teacher and well-known psychic medium and podcaster - The Mystic Michaela. She is sharing her wealth of knowledge in a way that is personal, informative and easy to understand. This is a must read for those on their own psychic journey. It is validating, honest and profound. Get ready to open your mind and see the universe a little differently.

Absolutely loved this book. It is great for beginners to learn how to discover their abilities or to further enhance for those who have more experience. The way it is written is also very non-judgmental and uplifting to help those who struggle with self confidence or are still trying to work on their inner dialogue. It is such a lovely and beautifully written book, I feel that not only has my skills enhanced and become more diverse because of this book but also my own ability to embrace my most authentic self.

I finally had the chance to sit and read this book while at the beach yesterday morning. After reading through "Part 1", I chose "Activity 4 - Create a Protection Bubble" to dip my toes into the workbook. The entire process was overwhelmingly calming and stimulating at the same time. I felt a wave of comfort and ease wash over me after doing the breathing exercise and saw my aura light up and shine bright in vivid orange and hot pink as I worked through the activity. I said out loud, impulsively without thought, "Thank God" and shed tears when I finished. It was such an incredible experience! When I opened my eyes, I was shocked by the loud smack of a seagull dropping a clam on the rock face I was meditating on, and the clam splattering onto me. I can't help but interpret this as a sign from the universe that my abilities are unlocked and freshly cracked open. This book has already become invaluable to me and I know the rest of the exercises Mystic Michaela has included are exactly what I've been looking for in guidance and mentorship into the metaphysical. Thank you MM and SS for bringing this book to the collective!

I have been following Mystic Michaela through her podcast, etc. for a while now and was so excited when I learned that she was creating The Psychic Workbook that I bought it on preorder. I have been looking for something like this from a source I feel is genuine and can trust and this is it. This book was truly made with love. Anyone can begin to connect to their authentic selves by strengthening these abilities. She gives wonderful explanations and activities that I would never have thought of that would do this. It’s exciting and fun. She doesn’t gatekeep which is only one of many reasons why I think she’s so fantastic and you will too 😉 Also, if you don’t have her Angel Numbers book, get that as well. I bring it every where with me.

Mystic Micheala is full on incredible knowledge that has opened up beautiful opportunities in my life for self learning. I recommend her podcast, social media, and publishings to anyone who will listen that can relate to her content - this is no different!
