This stand is great! I do a lot of reading on my tablet. Whether I'm lying in bed, or reading a page or two during commercials while watching football, this stand is there. There's a little bit of a balancing act, especially if you're using the stand to hold a tablet and have the arm stretched out a bit. That's probably going to be the case, regardless which one of these stands you get. The alternative would be to buy a stand made of steel, it'd be very heavy and very expensive. I keep a jug filled with water on the base, and I have had no issues. This stand was something like $20 and works great. 10 out 10 would buy again. ..And may do to keep one in the bedroom, and one in the livingroom!

THIS. IS. A. GAME. CHANGER. I love reading at night and I'm absolutely tired of getting sleepy and my kindle or phone hitting me in the face. I've paired this with a page turner and on cold nights I don't have to keep my arms out of the covers to keep enjoying a good book. This was super simple to put together (hi 👋🏼female here with no tool experiences!) Base is solid and the other part is two rods that screw in together that tie into the base. Then is the arm attachment you just put that inside and tighten the bolt that holds it in place. All of this requires ZERO tools. Its sturdy, it works, and I LOVE it. Happy birthday to me!

Really good! I use mine to also hold my 15inch monitor. The only thing I don't like is devices as large as my ipad 11inch and my monitor that is basically the size of a table, is the holder can not be tightened enough to hold them bigger devices straight. But everything else works great. I don't have issues with it falling over from the weight like I do my other stand that has the round bottom. This is hands down my favorite stand.

Update: The company reached out right away to get a new one sent to me that wasn’t broken. I received it and it was in perfect condition! The holder is very sturdy and holds my kindle very well. I appreciate the company for reaching out and helping me! I ordered this to use with my kindle. When it arrived the bracket to hold the kindle was broken. Emailed the seller to try to get a replacement bracket but didn’t receive a response yet. Will update review depending on response. It wasn’t expensive and not worth the hassle of returning and I’m hoping I get a response to my email soon. The holder is a truly sturdy and well made would just like to be able to use it.

It was amazing at first and I used everyday. I have it for more than half year and it got really annoying. The spring is too hard for ipad and kinda too heavy for ipad and kept falling. If I tighten all, it is hard to adjust the angle.
