Flexible and works great as a protein square mold
I use this to make PB Fit chocolate peanut butter squares.Not much to say other than I fill the openings with the mixture, place in the freezer, pop out finished squares, wash and repeat as necessary. Works great for this purpose as it's flexible, keeps it shape and is easy to clean with soap and warm water.
