These are light weight and heavy duty at the same time. Cleaned really well, cooked my mini cheesecakes perfectly.

I haven't tried these pans for cheesecakes yet, but I'm sure they'll be great. I HAVE made chocolate chip cookies using the pan and they were amazing, if you like cookies on the softer side. I love the consistent size. They were very easy to remove from the pan -- just push the disk up through the bottom. A few of the discs needed a little help, but I removed them with a knife between the cookie and the disk. Mini cupcakes will be my next adventure . . . As another reviewer said, the disks are a bit sharp, so be careful, and they do tend to stick together. But worth the effort.

I love to make cheesecake & was excited to try this mini pan, which worked great. The bottom discs do need a little extra care. They tend to stick together (making it seem like you've lost some) along with needing to be washed & dried by hand, which is a bit tedious. I store the discs in a ziplock bag so I don't lose them.

I purchased these to make mini cheesecakes for a wedding shower. The size is perfect- somewhere between a mini muffin and a regular cupcake. I used them for the first time with a new recipe. So I was nervous. Would the cheesecakes come out clean? Would I be able to get the discs off the bottoms without messing up the cakes? The answer is YES. The mini cheesecakes were a huge hit at the shower. A word of warning- the edges of the discs and the holes in the bottom of the pan are EXTREMELY sharp. Be super careful. Also, the discs are very thin and as another review suggested you might think you lost one, but more than likely it is stuck to another disc. Overall, I love the pans and plan on using them often.

Put aluminum foil under these pans as the bottoms are not sealed.

These make small two bite cheesecakes. We use this for the holidays. Most people only want a bit or two of cheesecake. This way there’s a little waist when children ask for a piece of cheesecake and they leave half of it sitting on the table. This is a perfect option.

I absolutely LOVE these pans!! I use them for my mini cheesecakes! They also are so easy to clean!

My money was fully refunded. In my return I explained Amazon should not continue to sell this item, as it is not safe to use. It was not that my item was defective, the product design is unsafe, and I doubt it meets US food safety rules. The non stick coating peeled off onto the food the first time it was used.

Wonderful little mini muffin pans, love that the bottom pushes up for easy release, also deeper than most mini muffin pans which is why I tried them. Good price, good quality and baked contents up evenly...as a food stylist and pastry chef I do not hesitate to recommend this product..endless uses! Good pricing as well...perfect for delicate mini items or bite size cheesecakes which are always hard to de-pan!
