How do u cut the recipe to make a small amount like a regular box of jello?

Hi Maureen, that you for your question.  Our 6/1 gallon yield mix master pouch contains 6 / 2.75 oz pouches of dry mix that mix with and make a gallon of gelatin each.  You may want to consider the 12/1 QT master pouch version that contains 12 / 19.5 gram pouches of dry mix that mix with and make 1 quart of gelatin each.  That is roughly double the normal off the shelf Jell-O brand yield.  If you have a gram scale, which are available on Amazon, you can measure 10 grams of mix to cut that in half.  That would yield a normal Jell-O brand pouch yield of 16 oz or 4 cups.  Thank you for your interest in our stevia sweetened products.

Orange:  Gelatin, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Organic Stevia, Sodium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid, Yellow 6, Red 40. Our products are manufactured in the United States.  The gelatin is rendered from 100% kosher beef whose origin is Argentina, the largest provider of kosher beef.  Using a certified kosher gelatin ensures that it is from beef as opposed to pork.   This provides us with confidence and consistency in gel strength and purity in our GramZero gelatins.
