Good stuff, but not plug and play
You'll need some tools: a 3/8" or 1/2" impact gun (pneumatic, electric, or cordless). You'll also need a set of impact sockets. You need a grease gun and some run of the mill grease. I removed the grease fitting (5/16") to look inside, and my spindles had not been greased. I gave each spindle 25 pumps of grease. The spindles are high quality and include the attached pulleys, but they don't include the blade retention nuts. It's possible your blade nuts are damaged or missing, so buy new nuts too.I removed the pulley nuts, added blue thread sealer, and reattached them.My original OEM spindle failed after the nut came loose. This then allowed the pulley to tilt and grind the spindle components into junk. So, the thread sealer should reduce this possibility.I will say the spindle mounting bolts are longer than needed, but it didn't cause any isses. Also, I used thread lubricant on these bolts because I found my original bolts difficult to remove.Be sure to clean the mating area of the deck before bolting things back together. While you've got everything apart clean and inspect the whole deck. You may find that the tensioner pulley is sloppy, which can allow the pulley to tilt and the belt to slip off. I usually replace the pivot bushing, which should tighten things up a bit. This next part is me being a perfectionist, but I design machines for a living, and I see as helpful.A new pivot bushing reduced my side to side slop, but I still had vertical slop. I laid a wide metal cutting flat file flat on the bench and ran the bushing across it until it was a bit shorter. For me, I had to remove 0.04". I used shims to measure how much I needed to remove. I did half as much, then assembled everything together and checked. I actually went too far with my first one and had to buy a second pivot bushing. Oops!I moved the part instead of the file because it keeps everything flat. I'd rotate the part a third of a rotation every 20 passes, so that I didn't introduce a tilt into the part. When finished, the pivot arm rotated easily enough and had virtually no slop in any direction. I did use grease, even though I know the grease won't stay put.I'm certain that my pivot arm is better and will last longer than it came from the factory. Again, when they get loose, belts come off.

Perfect fit
I ordered a set of three spindles for my 54 inch Cud Cadet gx54 mower. I have never installed a spindle before and this was very easy. Remove the blade and belt. Remove the 4 10 mm bolts take the old one off and put the new one on. I used the 4 new 3/8” bolts and job done. With the help of YouTube I was able to remove the old belt and install a new one. Very easy to do. I always paid someone to do this for me but I thought I would give it a try. I am patting my own back because it was easy to do. When ordering the spindles I was bummed out because it was supposed to come 2 weeks later or longer same with the belt. Yesterday 8-24-22 the belt arrived and today 8-25-22 the spindles arrived. I was surprised and extremely happy with everything and quick arrival of parts. This is my first time writing a review for anything and I felt this was very necessary. Thank you Amazon people for a job well done. As of this posting I would highly recommend these spindles. Oh I wasn’t sure about greasing the spindle so I did and it needed it. Took several pumps before I could see grease coming out. So definitely grease these before operating the mower. Good luck…

The media could not be loaded. This thing installed like it was OEM. Ran it for about half a day. Everything working great so far. I would buy this again.

Doesn’t match a TB 2654 spindle.
Good quality with grease nipple but pulley height doesn’t match other pulleys on the rest of the deck on a TB2654.
