ENET WiFi Adapter Ethernet to OBD2 Diagnostic & Coding Tool for BMW F/G/I Series Compatible with BimmerCode on iOS and Android

I bought this to replace the "official" Bluetooth adapter that was painfully slow to use with Bimmercode. With Bluetooth it took about 8 minutes to change interior lighting color. With this adapter the whole process took about 30 seconds. It connects to all the car's modules and all coding options seem to work fine on a G20 330i. At first I couldn't connect the Bimmercode app to the adapter. Unplugging the adapter from the car and restarting the phone fixed that issue. Now it connects quickly and easily.

Bought this adapter to slap a Stage 1 MHD tune on my 2018 M240i. The MHD app reports the tune having been completed in 7 minutes and 44 seconds, which is quicker than MHD's own suggested time in the app (although longer than the claim in their site's marketing). No issues connecting or maintaining connection with the MHD app as long as the included instructions are followed. With that in mind, learn from my mistaskes and make sure to disconnect Apple Carplay, cellular data, and bluetooth when applying a tune.

Works good for a lot of softwares , flashes pretty quick, for some reason my XHP didn’t flash though, had to use THOR. other than that it is pretty goof

I used it for connecting ISTA+ to my F02 BMW and it worked great. The connection is more stable than the cables I used before.

Nice little adapter that can be used for many things. I coded my 335 with mhd and this adapter does it especially quick. It took 5 minutes to flash a stage 1 map. When using an Enet cable for the exact same map, it took 40 minutes. Really convenient and time saving. Connects to phone easily, make sure you manually set the router address and ip on the wifi settings for it to work well with bm3 or mhd. Works just like any of the other bmw Enet wifi adapters like the kies motorsports or mhd one. Overall, highly recommend, especially when it’s on sale.

A little slow, but very convenient. Note: If your tuning your car id suggest getting a cable for it instead of using it through WiFi because some tuning platforms need to be connecting to internet and may run through sum connection issues. I've gotten to work through WiFi while tuning but it's a hassle.

This product works well with bimmercode, after following the instructions (almost) to a T, I was able to program my BMW. The package insert said to select black ENET wifi, but it was listed in the app as like black MHD or something similar.

Does not fit in standard OBD port of BMW G series. So completely useless! Have another BT adapter, that has different physical form (Small difference, but enough to not fit a modern BMW). Show also different than on the pictures (there it looks ok).

Lo utilizo con los programas bimmerlink o bimmercode para modificar y revisar lecturas de fallas en vehiculos. El conectarlo al puerto OBD2 es muy facil, el acceso es perfecto. El conectar el telefono o tablet al wifi del dispositivo es muy sencillo, tan facil como conectarte a tu red wifi normal. Tambien el conectarlo por cable ethernet es super rapido, pues solo es de conectar el cable de red. He podido realizar modificaciones de bimmercode y realizar diagnosticos con bimmerlink de manera correcta cada vez. La conexion por wifi no se cae y es muy rapida la codificacion.

Mit diesem Adapter konnte ich BM3 sowie MHD und BimmerCode problemlos flashen/codieren. Die Flashzeit bei BM3 und MHD waren sogar fast identisch mit den originalen BM3 sowie MHD Adaptern. Leider geht der Adapter zurück, da er nicht mit xHP kompatibel ist, was auch in der App beim pre-check den Flashvorgang verweigert. Dies ist jedoch allein mein Verschulden, da bei xHP dokumentiert ist, dass man einen DCAN WiFi Adapter ab der 3. Generation 8HP Getriebe (BMW G-Serie) benötigt.
