Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don't know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.

People!!!!! Seriously. I’ve always had trouble falling asleep. I can stay asleep. No issues. Long military career so I’m used to getting only a few hours and being good to go but my issue has always been actually getting to fall asleep. I take 2 like the bottle says and about 30 mins later my eyes start to go and I’m done. Melatonin has always left me feeling more tired in the morning. I have a routine I do before bed. Nothing has really ever helped until I got these! If you’re questioning it, don’t! Try these. I gave it 5 stars for a reason!

These worked really well for sleep, however they caused constipation for me. I really wanted them to work for my sleep issues, and they did. The constipation part was a deal breaker.

This is a pretty good sleep aid. Of course, not as good as a CBD gummy, but did the trick and a good alternative. I had ordered directly from GOLI, but the shipping time is extremely slow, so never again.

The Gummies is not powerfull for deep , sleep , its not that effective like other alone Melatonin , i didnot like it

Before this I was using 3mg of melatonin as and when I needed to, this was not as effective as that despite apparently containing more melatonin per dose (two pieces)
