Worst product not connecting with monitor IT REFURBISH pc not gives proper service

Excellent experiance up till now!
The media could not be loaded. Good condition for a refurbished product. Minor scratches found. Could not open the top lid due to warrantee condition. Would love to add 8 gb memory on top of the provided 8 gb.I could finish the Win 11 pro setup in no time. MS Office 2019 working ok.

It Is tooooo slow to work
It's not working as configurations shown. It's take 90-120 seconds to boot. 34-42 seconds to open any app or programs. I'm lost money. There is no active link to return as displayed in order page / Item page. Very poor services.

Condition is very good. Quality is good for money. Performance also good, Thanks to Amazan. But working slowly complaint raised to seller, seller has been added 256 ssd now resolved but ssd cost is 2200/- extra. So when you purchase this item add SSD. Other wise very slowly.

Product is good, but it shut down several time. I had complain to the Hp Help desk number which is written on CPU. But the service is very very worst, they are sending me power adapter from last two weeks. but i still not received the power adapter. They are are not even providing courier tracking id nor courier details. Pathetic Service i have received.

Excellent product exactly as described
Product configuration is as described.Immediate experience on usage has been super. No complaints this far.Five stars to the seller - got the product upgraded to SSD on request before delivery (with extra cost of course).
