Works well, seems to be well made. Few steps to set up, just watch the youtube video on it. Nice to not have to run a wire, and be able to set a code that auto expires.

The wireless keypad is nice. The thing I really like is that it has a cover that keeps the rain and snow from the push buttons. It was a little complicated to program but with the excellent customer support I did get it working. It is reliable and the backlight is great. I always review customer reviews before purchasing online and reviews of TOPENS items were mostly good. I did find one small issue with this keypad, the screws that were provided to mount the keypad on a post seemed different from any screws I have ever seen. When I tried to use them all four of them broke off with very little force. If TOPENS reads reviews I would advise them to go through their inventory of products that have these screws and replace them with regular ones instead of really cheap ones. TOPENS products are really good quality and don’t deserve this little problem.

Nice keypad, easy to install and setup, including multiple entry codes.

Worked for 30 days and the battery died. Replaced the battery and it worked for a few days and now no longer works. This is the second remote opener option I’ve tried from Topens and they both haven’t lasted. I don’t recommend buying these accessories. They’re overpriced to begin with!

The basis of my recommendation is other products I have witnessed, because this is the first automatic gate opener I have ever owned. The reason I haven't put one on our gate before is because of situations in which I found myself walking or climbing over the fences of friends and neighbors who have poorly functioning gate openers. They're ugly and cheap looking too. I have a really cool gate, and it deserves an automatic opener, but seriously, who can't just get out and open the gate. The answer is - my husband and I (he has arthritis and I have ALS. We need the gate opener. So it was with suspicion and trepidation that we studied the available options and decided on TOPENS. My handyman/builder assembled it fairly easily, because HE OWNS A TOPENS opener and is very happy with it. I ordered all the parts. I noted that everything, including this key pad, is finely assembled and heavy duty, which is needed for my heavy duty drill pipe gate. I've seen some good keypads and some not so good. This one is attractive and heavy duty. It matches my whole gate, both in appearance and heavy duty quality. I'm very happy with it! It’s solid. I won’t have to use it, cuz I have two ways to open it from my car: a fob and an app!

Installation and setup was pretty straigt forward, it worked for a while with the wire I ran underground but then started acting up. I contacted Topens and they quickly helped me out by isolating the problem. Either my cable went bad somewhere (I did have to splice in a 15ft section to make it longer) or there is interference in the control box which they said could sometimes happen. Either way, once I disconnected the 4 pin cable and ran it with the wireless setup it started working fine with my AT602 gate opener. I would by again, I just wish didnt bother with the cable setup or took more caution with running the cable.

The keypad is easy to use and programmed easily. It's nice to have access for our guests.

This addition to my gate has made it so much better as far as receiving shipments. Now, I have the ability for the shipments to be left at my house vs the gate by the road. Connected wired, and works perfectly!

Easy to hard wire to the control board and works as described. I can program codes for deliveries/ contractors and change or delete when no longer needed.

Installed the TC188 on my main gate. It was easy to install and program. I was able to input the codes I needed. Still allows for more if needed. Works well. Good customer service.

Works fine was simple to program and paired easily with the gate. The problem I had with it was that the back plate is held in place with a tiny Phillips screw that you have to screw into the backplate from below. The little screw falls off your screw driver because its a phillips and is non magnetic. Its so tiny that you can't find it on the floor. A Robertson screw would not do this. A different method of attachment would be better. How about a magnet, a plastic clip , a bigger screw, put the screw in the top ........ support was great
