Does not suction to anything for more than 1 hour. Has fallen multiple times and finally broke.

Used it for a month and the suction clamp is really weak and it falls off within a few mins of attaching to the mirror, even after following the resetting instructions. The flexible gooseneck is also of poor quality and does not stay fixed when adjusted to a certain angle.

The suction cup doesn't work at all. Poor quality, lightweight, material. Return is quite cumbersome also, requiring visit to post office and pay for overseas postage also, not worth it.

Bad quality

The view is too high magnifying, makes me dizzy can't even see myself properly. Plz read it before purchasing

It is not 3 colour changing as mentioned in the product description, built quality is like a toy product with no finish and not worth for the price

So I was searching for a good, sturdy magnifying mirror for months now. After detailed online research and reading product reviews on Amazon, websites, Youtube, I finally selected Kedsum for its specialty in magnifying mirrors and amazing post-sale customer service where they helped customers in case of product defects, which shows they really care about their range of magnifying mirrors product range. It took less than 3 weeks to arrive in India since it was purchased from Global Store of Amazon since it is a US based company, the wait was completely worth it! Now about the specifics of the product - 1. Design - Many designs are available but I chose this design with gooseneck since I wanted some distance between the base and the mirror. The gooseneck/stem that connects the mirror to the base is very STURDY, and of very good quality. Irrespective of the angle of rotation of the mirror, it doesnt slouch, or sag with gravity and stands firm in any angle you rotate the mirror or flex the stem. I was apprehensive about the stem's ability to hold up the mirror but it is strong and supports the mirror very well. 5 stars for this. 2. Flexibility - The stem is flexible to any angle you want, since it is sturdy, it stays in the position and is firm. The mirror is attached via a ball at the back and hence can be rotated entire 360 degree, no sagging, the hold of the ball is also very sturdy. I wanted to be able to use this mirror indoors and outdoors and not just the bath wall, so even when you remove the suction from bath wall, it is perfectly capable of standing up straight on table with the mirror and stem angled right to place the centre of gravity right to prevent it from tilting and falling. It can be carried on vacations too since the stem is foldable, it can easily fit in the suitcase. 3. Light - It comes with 3 AAA batteries and you put it in and push the button to start working. The light is optimally bright and does the perfect job.I was concerned about the intensity/dullness of light, it was a very important feature for me to be able to clearly see the reflection and I am extremely relieved and happy to see bright white light shining on my face showing every crease, hair, pore on my face..and there are many I didn't know I had. The image is taken in a room lit with 2 tubelights and the mirror light is so bright that it dimmed the amply lit room in comparison. 4. Magnification and mirror size - 10X is excellent, just what I needed. It says 10X and gives you exactly that, unlike some some reviews where buyers noticed the magnification turned out to be less than what was claimed. It is not so with this mirror, a major reason for me to go for this particular product. The reflection is not distorted at all and the image is extremely clear and zoomed. I could see every hair, pore, skin creases. Grooming became so much easier and close to perfection. I was worried whether I will be able to see just a part of my face or in entirety with 5 inch of mirror size but the mirror is just large enough to see your entire face all at once, which is a huge relief. Threading and tweezing was never perfect with normal mirrors and I had to approximate a lot of times but with this you just CANNOT go wrong. I was precisely able to pluck out every unwanted hair, put eye make up and lipstick along the contours to perfection. Needless to say, my groomed reflection in the regular mirror came out perfectly done. Even my family members have started using it for shaving, tweezing. It is an important item of utility, a must have. 5. Suction - Is very well and it stays put due to vacuum suction. They have even provided a stable thick white plate with glue to stick on your bath wall on top of which you place the suction, so that the suction comes out perfect and the mirror stays put. It recommends to place it again once every month to have strong suction holding it up. Lastly, I was surprised to see a detailed manual with FAQ. The company does listen to its customers and provided solutions to issues customers may have with suction and hence the white plate and glue was provided with the pack. The light was accompanied with 3 AAA batteries from Mitsubishi for perfect functioning and light intensity. It also provided details where one can contact them in case of product issues, which I haven't tried as yet since everything is working great. Overall, an excellent product, just go for it. I don't know why I didn't think of purchasing it earlier and led my life approximating with threading/tweezing and eye liner, lipstick and shaving in case of my family members. I am going to give it as a gift to my dear ones, the perfect item of utility.

This is an absolutely great product especially for the price! I’m a makeup lover/collector and skin care. I have a large vanity all set up very nicely and a dresser with drawers full of products because everything obviously won’t fit on my vanity top. I have a big regular mirror that’s the full length of my vanity, then a medium large mirror with big LED bulbs around the edges with 2 types of lighting options with adjustable brightness settings. It goes from dim to extremely bright but it isn’t a magnifying mirror. So sitting in my chair and trying to to tweeze my brows or even do eyeliner can be a bit challenging. I’d bought a cheap suction magnifying mirror with lights before but I didn't like the space it took up on my mirror and it blocked at least one bulb no matter what position I put it and it didn’t have a “bar”? Lol so it was still difficult to try and get close enough to use it. I ended up giving it to my parents. This mirror however has very bright lights on it’s own and in conjunction with my other mirror it’s actually too bright which is really a nice problem to have when it comes to lighted mirrors. Normally the problem is they’re not bright enough which can make the mirror virtually useless. This mirror however is absolutely perfect! I purchased the square 10x’s magnification version and even just aesthetically it’s very pleasing to the eye and matches my square vanity mirror perfectly. Before I suctioned it to my big regular background mirror I cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol and then wet a cotton pad with water and dampened the suction. Pressing firmly I twisted the base and locked it into place. I slowly started to let it support its own weight and then pulled on the suction a bit to make sure the suction was strong and boy is it!! The mirror is firmly in place and immediately I was very impressed. Now like all suction held products it’s not a install once and last forever thing. It’s going to start to lose it’s suction after a while. So about every 2-3 weeks I’ll need to repeat the installation process again to keep the mirror from falling and breaking itself and worse my other much more expensive mirror or makeup products. From reading a lot of the negative reviews on here it seems to me that some people thought that once they installed the mirror with the suction then it was supposed to keep the mirror in place permanently. And of course when that wasn’t the case and the mirror inevitably fell they blamed the mirror and the company. But a suction installation isn’t the same as installing something with a screw or a nail. Suction relies on forcing out all of the air and dampness to seal the suction. But obviously overtime the dampness starts to dry up letting air in and the suction fails and whatever it’s holding falls. This mirror has a very nice lock at the base which is wonderful! It makes the suction much stronger and more sturdy plus it prolongs the time between reinstalling but it in no way makes this a one time permanent installation. Simply put if you don’t reinstall this mirror every 1-3 weeks it’s going to fall guaranteed. Under these circumstances it’s not the product or companies fault it’s actually user error. I will say that the company does need to make this fact much more clear in their instructions though because this is a very important thing their customers need to know. If someone isn’t aware of how suction works or they’re under the impression that the lock means permanent then that is the company’s fault for not making sure that all their customers are very aware of that crucial information. But overall this is a great mirror and for the price you can’t beat it. I’d recommend it to anyone.
