Extra Large Talking Button Clock - for The Blind, Elderly or Visually impaired

I purchased this for my Dad who is almost blind and hard of hearing. The clock runs on AAA batteries which is great for power outages and easy to replace. The sound is adjustable and loud enough for my Dad to hear when in the high mode even without wearing his hearing aids.

My Mom’s vision is such that she can no longer see to read a clock for time. She absolutely loves this button. It also helps her keep track of what day it is. Sound is clear and can have it set on high or low (for volume).

This button is the perfect solution for my mother in law who is 97 and has macular degeneration. Large enough for her to find easily, not complicated to use, two volume levels (she is also hard of hearing) the lowest of which is currently perfect for her and it has a clear voice that is easily understood. It states the time , date and day in a format that is familiar to her. Some reviews say that the batteries don't last long enough but I'm willing to change them twice a week if necessary because this makes such a difference in her quality of life. We have only had it a week so I don't know how long they will actually last. We are very satisfied.

Perfect for my 94-year old Dad. He has macular degeneration, and this tells him the time, day and date. He was so grateful. The voice is clear and loud enough, even though he has impaired hearing also.

My husband uses this to tell him the time, since he started to get some blurred vision issues. Nice easy to understand male voice. Only thing that would make it better is even more of a volume control. There is just a high/low switch.

Bought this for my 102 year old mother in law who is in assisted living. My mother in law uses Alexa to tell her the time because she is almost blind but her internet goes down quite often and she does not have a way to get the time for mealtime purposes. I bought her this and she loves it and uses it often. Great for someone who has difficulty seeing.

UPDATE: After investigating one of the battery coils were loose, figured out how to secure better and now it works great. He is so pleased with it. Bought this for my visually impaired father. Love the big button. Does not have an off switch, so batteries only last about 4 days.

I got this clock for my 91YO mother who has macular degeneration. She could no longer read a clock or really even see daylight outside her blackout drapes (bright lights hurt her eyes). And this seemed to increase her mental confusion--she would wake up too early in the morning and go to bed to early in the evening. First I got one for her bedside table, and she loved it so much, I got a second one for the recliner she sits in during the day. She says it's great to be able to reach over and tap to hear the time at night and just go back to sleep or to know when it's getting close to suppertime. It's very easy to set, and two taps tell the date/day, which is also great, because she keeps track of family birthdays. It was very easy to set. We have not tried the alarm feature, but I imagine it would be great too. I can highly recommend this for anyone who has trouble seeing a clock anymore or wants a reminder about the day and date. I had tried to use an app on her cell phone, but it used up battery time since she couldn't see to close the app, and this uses AAA batteries.

We bought this for our mom who can’t see a clock and has trouble hearing. It’s fantastic. She loves it. The voice is clear enough for her to understand and has two settings of loudness so she can hear. She can’t set the time, but now it is easy for her to push the button and hear it. When the battery runs low every 4-5 months, it starts to run slower. It is easy for us to change the batteries and reset the time for her.

I purchased this for my father in law who has dementia. He was finding reading the time to be a challenge. This has been a godsend for him. He just taps the top and can immediately find the time and date and day of the week.

This is great. My father-in-law used it in the Home and my brother, who has bad eyesight, loves it too. Great for anyone though. Good sound and easy to set up.
