Throwing Axes- 6 Pack, 10.2" Tomahawk Axe, Full Tang with Sheath Stainless Steel Throwing Hatchet, Great for Recreation and Competition

Looked all over for a set of throwing hatchets and settled on these. At first they seemed to lightweight and that could be an issue sticking into the wood. Also a lot of the other products broke on impact and we wondered if that would happen here as well. After using these and getting the hang of throwing them we are having a blast and the weight seems to be just fine. We don't throw them as hard as we can, but it seems they take an impact well and none have cracked or broken yet. I would definitely recommend these for the price and quality.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Thought throwing axes would be something fun to do camping and picked these up for the price. The kids and adults loved them. Found a dead stump and could have chopped it in half with as many times they were thrown at it. Sharp and pointed enough to stick but dull enough to not worry about cuts.

Purchased for a birthday and now we have a great backyard activity. Nice balance, very easily thrown at distances of 25 yards.

Great axe. Holds together well and will take a beating, you should wrap your handles though. They get rolls and burrs if you accidentally land it on the handle pretty easily. They will make longer throws a painful experience if you use the slip method to throw. Wrapping them pretty much solved that issue. I would suggest something flat and tough like a couple layers of medical tape.

They seem really sturdy. I used these for games during a youth camp and were landing on the ground as often as in the log and they held up pretty well, only a few dings on the blade but still sharp and in really good shape.

Ive thrown some axes in my time, these looked and felt great...until you throw them. The other sets I have I stick 5 of 6 on average, this set is an average of 1-2 per 6 thrown, I did hit 6 for 6 only one time, the target was the trashcan and I made everyone.

Well, when i get a chance to try this out then I can let you know. They will be just fine though. A great deal if your looking for some tinder cutters for your fire pit.
