The functionality of the fingerprint sensor is the most important to me other then the clean unscratched screen. I use it for everything in my phone, this protector wont let me use mine at all, cant set up new ones, cant use the old ones. But other then that its CRYSTAL clear, beautiful protector, just dissapointing that it messes with the Fingerprint, other than that I think its great! (Screen is also a little unresponsive even with enhanced touch enabled)

The installation was easy for the camera and the screen protector itself. its easy to get it to apply with bubbles. However, after multiple attempts i could never get my fingerprint to read accurately through the screen protector itself even with following the the instructions.The quality itself of the product is good. It seems well made. I had a different screen glass protector on prior that was for the non ultra version that the fingerprint reader worked flawlessly with but was to small for the phone. So i know it can work this one just doesn't

Nicely packaged, quality product with one major shortcoming: Could not get it to read fingerprint after installed. It would start reading but then phone would prompt with, "cover entire sensor" and "press harder" ad infinitum. Had to return and now desperately seeking a protector that will work.

I like everything about this screen protector. The only issue is the finger print reader does not work all the time. I have to continuously place my finger over and over again in hopes that it opens up.

I was able to install it without issue. I did break one of the camera covers, but this was 100% my fault and I got the 2nd one on without problem. The main screen protector was easy enough to install, though I did have to lift it up and try again because the camera is kind of hard to see and I was slightly off, but the second time was fine. No bubbles, sticks right on.Cons: the biggest issue you should know is that this breaks the fingerprint scanner. I _did_ make sure to increase the screen sensitivity, but no dice. The phone tells me to press harder or cover the entire fingerprint sensor. And I did, I have big fingers and have no trouble covering the whole thing, and I pressed so hard that I was worried about actually breaking something, but it wouldn't scan. This isn't a total deal breaker for me, personally, because I don't use the fingerprint sensor, anyways. But I know lots of people do, so you should be aware.There are 4 protectors in here, but onle 2 sets of cleaning cloths and dust remover stickers. By the time you finish installing the camera protector, the wipe is completely dried out and you have to open the second set, so if I ever wanted to re-do this or install the 2nd screen protector on another phone I would need to get my own wipes. Not the biggest deal, but still, seems like an oversight to me.Edit: I dropped the review from 4 to 3 stars. After a couple of days I'm pretty disappointed with this. This screen protector gathers smudges like a hoarder and clings to them just as badly. I've tried a few different cleaners, both sprays and wipes, and whatever coating is on it just HATES being cleaned. It's made this thing about half as visible outdoors due to the glares from all the grease, and it has built up a tacky feel to it, now. And I am far from a heavy user. My phone spends most of its time in my pocket for music and audiobooks. This is pretty bad considering that my most recent comparison is my last protector, which was a soft, flexible rubber -type protector and that thing let my fingers glide pretty effortlessly and still let my fingerprint sensor work. I'll be looking for another protector and switching this one out this weekend.Edit2: lowered again to 1. I didn't wind up replacing it right away as I originally intended because I got too busy. This thing just gets worse and worse every day. The sensitivity slowly drops off over time making typing almost impossible. There are also little... Flecks of stuff permanently stuck on the screen? I had zero air bubbles when I installed this, but it seems like there are actually bits of random crap getting UNDER the glass somehow. Either that, it the previously-mentioned resistance to cleaning is actually absorbing random debris. It's so awful. I think what's happening is that stuff is somehow working its way UNDER the glass, which is causing it to separate and completely ruin the sensitivity. And these flecks aren't just around the edges, they seem to be almost uniformly spread out over the whole screen. This product is just plain awful, avoid at all costs.

We bought a 2 pack for the Note Ultra 20. They went on strikingly easy and fit well under the cases we bought. The first thing I noticed was the circular fingerprint access mark in the glass, while at times it seems to be less noticeable, other times it dominates the screen as a distraction. The same evening of receiving and installing them, my wife noticed a hairline crack on hers. I did not notice it when putting it on so I am not sure if it was already damaged or not. Today (the next day) I have noticed while at work the screen is difficult to read due to the high glare, even with the screen lighting turned all the way up. The touch captive struggled also but I was able to just adjust my screen's sensitivity level within the settings.

Works as intended, very easy to install. Only downfall is a constant noticeable circle where the fingerprint scanner is. It's not distracting for me, and in sure I'll get used to it over time, but I'm sure some folks won't like that.

It says in the description works with fingerprints but it doesn't nomatter if you set up the phone with touch sensitive on, still don't work but other than that it's ok if you don't care about the finger for me was the most important and I'm not happy with the results but I already installed so I couldn't return it.
