I recently tried malt vinegar at a restaurant and it smelled like dirty feet, and sorta tasted a bit "off" as well. Does this smell like dirty feet?

Been using it for years, never encountered the smell you refer to. I personally find this to be the best malt vinegar that I have ever used. I always have it on hand. Nothing else is as good, IMHO.

Is the bottle refillable?

The all-plastic 300 ml bottle is not refillable.

Is this in a glass or plastic bottle?

This size of product is packed in a glass bottle

I checked my bottle and nowhere does it say gluten free.
