Somewhat expensive, and unclear about the sustainability
I find it difficult to rate a supplement and it's quality, especially with only a months worth, but I will give my thoughts on what I can. Firstly, I received this courtesy of the Amazon Vine program, but they are currently retailing for about £25 a bottle. I find this is a quite expensive prospect for only 30 days worth, given you will likely want to keep taking them for at least 4-6 months a year (if for seasonal immune support). I am unclear whether to 200mg of royal jelly daily is proven to have the level of beneficial effect that the price point would imply. More pressingly, at a time when bees are on the decline, there is a worryingly absence of information regarding the sustainability of this produce, the harvesting methods used, and how this affects the bee colonies from which the product is taken from. As a matter of conscience, this product leaves me uneasy.

Decent quality, seems to help with the training fatigue
— Intro — I’m at the boxing gym five days a week for an hour of pretty intensive work, and lately, I’ve been feeling a bit run down. I’ve heard a few things about Royal Jelly being good for general energy and "cellular health," so I picked up this Regina brand. I liked that it’s an Australian source and comes in a glass bottle rather than cheap plastic. I’ve been on them for just under two weeks now, taking one every morning with breakfast to see if it makes a difference to my recovery. — Pros — The Packaging: Honestly, the amber glass phial makes the product feel a lot more "premium" than the usual stuff you get, and it actually keeps the capsules fresh and out of the light. No Side Effects: I was worried the oils (wheat germ/soy) might repeat on me during training, but they’ve been totally fine. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues, which is a big one when you're doing high-intensity cardio. Subtle Energy Lift: It's not like a pre-workout kick, but about 10 days in, I’ve noticed I’m not feeling quite as "drained" by the time I get to the end of my sessions. It feels like a more natural, steady level of energy. Clear Labels: They actually state the 6% 10-HDA, which is the main stuff you want in royal jelly. It’s better than the brands that just give you a vague number without any breakdown. — Cons — Capsule Size: They are a bit on the larger side (around 20mm). If you struggle with swallowing pills, you might find these a bit of a faff. Price: It’s a bit of an investment for a 30-day supply. You’re definitely paying for the "fresh" quality and the glass packaging. Allergens: It's got wheat germ and soy in there, so you have to be careful if you have sensitivities. — Conclusion / Recommendation — I’m only two weeks into the bottle, but so far, I’m impressed with the quality. It feels like a proper "clean" supplement rather than something mass-produced. For someone training hard who needs a bit of help with the general "heavy" feeling you get from daily workouts, I’d say it’s worth the shout. I’ll keep taking them to see the full month's results, but I'd recommend it based on the quality alone.

Premium Quality Royal Jelly (But The Lid Is A Workout!)
I decided to try Regina Premium Fresh Royal Jelly as a natural supplement for general wellness, and overall I’ve been impressed with the quality. The dosage is simple at one capsule per day, and the pack of 30 gives a convenient one-month supply. The softgels are well made, easy to swallow with a glass of water, and there’s no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. They do state that you can chew them if you prefer. I tried this once and got a subtle-tasting liquid, but then I was left with an empty, tasteless capsule in my mouth and I wasn’t sure if I was meant to swallow it or spit it out, so I won’t be doing that again! Swallowing them whole is definitely the better option in my opinion. The product feels premium, with clear labelling and organic royal jelly sourced from Australia, plus the addition of acacia honey. I also like that the 10-HDA content is clearly specified at a minimum of 6%, which is one of the main things people look for when choosing a royal jelly supplement. The dark tube packaging is great for keeping light out, but I found the lid quite difficult to remove, you definitely need strong fingernails to get it off. In use, I didn’t expect anything dramatic or instant, and I think supplements like this are usually more of a slow and steady addition to your daily supplement routine. It’s been easy to take and I’ve had no negative side effects from using it. It’s marketed around supporting immunity, energy and cellular health, and I’d personally see it as something you take regularly over time rather than expecting immediate results. Overall, I think the value for money is reasonable for a premium supplement of this type, considering the quality of the ingredients. It’s a high quality, easy to use royal jelly supplement and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reputable, premium option in royal jelly softgels, just be ready for a fight to get the lid off!

Great quality, but better to swallow rather than chew!
I got these to see whether they'd help give me a bit of energy, and was happy to benefit in any other way too, and so far I think they’ve been a good little addition to my supplement routine. I like that the royal jelly is paired with a few other decent ingredients, and it’s sourced from Australia, which I think is a good tell of quality! You only need to take one a day, the 30 pack will last a full month, or longer if you take them less frequently. The label says you can chew the capsule, which I tried the first time and really didn't like, it burst as I chewed it and was a little icky, so I'd recommend swalling them whole instead. They are a little big, but nothing crazy so they're pretty easy to swallow, and don't taste of anything if you take them that way. Overall, I think these are a good option for those who want the benefits of royal jelly in an easy-to-take way. :)
