Much better than expected - recommended for basic computer use
First some background: I am not a Dell lover, more of a Dell Hater. I don't like how they used specialized components in their computers. This one is no different, use this as is, it can't really be upgraded. Power supply is a dell custom one, and it's tiny. Having said that, this one has turned out to be a really nice computer. Cosmetic: This computer visually has no issues, no scratches and the inside had zero dust in it. Components: The components are about 3 to 5 years old according to the counters on the hard drives. One of the drives is an M.2 Samsung drive made specifically for Dell, it contains the OS (I call these gumsticks because of their shape). The second drive is a 2.5 inch 1TB drive. It's empty. This computer allows for toolless installation of hard drives, which is great. I replaced the 2.5 1TB drive with a 3.5 8TB drive with zero issue. There is only one SATA power and data cable spot on the motherboard, so it can't fit more than 1 hard drive along with the gumstick. It comes with a keyboard and mouse. I didn't use them, so I can't comment. It also has bluetooth I guess. I use a hardwired ethernet connection so i can't speak to any wireless connections. Initialization: During initialization I logged into my Microsoft account and everything worked flawlessly. I didn't have to enter an activation code like the STG Skytech Global paperwork said I would have to. I later went on my Microsoft account and verified this computer was registered with Windows 11 pro. I don't know anything about STG, but this computer was well cleaned and setup, so good for them. I left the computer on and occasionally cycled power over a full day to get all the windows 11 updates before I tried to do anything to the computer. I would recommend this to everyone. Let windows get fully updated before continuing. I'm not at Windows version 25H2. No issues. No display glitches that some people have indicated. Again, I would recommend not altering the computer for a day, until windows has updated to 25H2. I keep doing the 'check for updates' in windows to make this go faster. Performance: This computer takes about 15 seconds to boot. Very fast. Draws about 30 watts even when performing a disk transfer of 3TBs. I have no idea how they get the power so low. I haven't played games on it, nor would I suggest it. I'm using this as a backup system for my main computer. There is no external video card. Conclusion: I really am impressed with this computer. It's very small, uses almost no power, and allows me to connect via my local network to my main computer for backing up files. And it has windows 11 pro installed.

Great PC for the price, but monitor has glossy screen.
PC works as expected. Product was well packaged, clean and works well. Easily connected via wifi and also cable internet (I tested both). Good memory capacity and PC runs fast. My only disappointment was how glossy the monitor seems to be. Lights bounce off of the screen really strongly and it is difficult to view from any angle other than straight on and same height as your head on the desk. I prefer a matte monitor that doesn't do that and I didn't realize there would be such a drastic difference when viewing. Too, the adjustment controls on the back of the monitor are not very easy to use. It is a very good computer for the price, but I recommend buying a different monitor, unless you like a glossy screen.

Nice looking and functional
Alright so to begin, the only reason I won't give this bundle as of right now, 5 stars is due to a few technical errors and concerns. I will say however that the computer bundle itself is quite nice overall. The monitor is basic but fits the needs of most. When viewing it at different angles I am also proud to say the picture clarity doesn't change. It will be viewable the same at any angle you look at it or tilt it. The speakers have a great sound quality however the ones I received are not as depicted in the photo which is not an issue but I would like that addressed. Now I have said a lot of good things I will even go so far to say the keyboard isn't bad. It functions and does what I want it to do. I even have it set to turn the computer on from sleep mode. However, that's where a few issues also reside. Now I have been nice and offered 4 stars as the computer itself is lovely. But the technical issues and concern are incoming, which for some would be an automatic 3 star rating. So first things first. Power supply. All the main issues I have are about the power supply. Upon plugging everything in and booting up this computer for the first time I did run into a issue where it didn't want to activate. It gave me an error code being a flashing yellow light on the power button. This was due to having it completely hooked up with every USB attached and display attached along with the Ajax plugged in. After removing everything and unplugging the unit, I was able to boot it up. Then it gave me no problems. I do think it might be an issue later on though ( crossing my fingers ) Onto the technical issues pertaining to power supply that are more so about the systems components and settings. I am able to make it so the keyboard shuts off it's light displays meanwhile allowing it to wake the computer from sleep. I unfortunately am unable to do the same with mouse and the speakers also I have an issue with making their lights deactivate up on entering sleep mode I have attempted BI0S settings to manually deactivate the ports. I have gone into advanced power settings to change the plan and USB activations. I have gone into the devices themselves and tweaked the sleep and wake modes along with updating the drivers. Nothing seems to make their lights shut off which is kinda annoying... Now with those concerns highlighted, once again I will say this is still not a bad setup. The computer works and everything works fine. Just a few hiccups. The speakers sound lovely even though they are cheap and not the same in the picture. The mouse works and it's DPI can be changed via it's internal settings in the computer, but it doesn't have the button on it itself, nor does it have back and forward buttons like the pictures advertised, but it works. The keyboard is just fine with noncompliant from me and it is the one in the picture. The monitor is basic but isn't bad and it surprisingly does hook up via HDMi which I'm happy about, it also is the correct one. The computer looks pristine, it's systems have been checked and performance tallied and it is a functional workable machine that I hope last a long time, as long as the power supply does not act up. Overall pretty decent.

Bad products
I bought this in February and had to wait until May to get it. That alone and it would've been great. The computer ran well, no problems. The kit it came with, also pretty great. Was able to take calls from home and run through programs fairly well. Not to great for playing games like ow2 or fortnite, but okay for older, smaller games, in my opinion. I got a second monitor. Super stoked to use it. I had to wait for an hdmi to display port. Got that, hooked it all up and everything again worked flawlessly. I, then, unplugged everything to switch my tower placement, and my tower wouldn't power on. Like no power at all. I simply moved it. No drops or rough moving. I changed cords, outlets, did all of the troubleshooting available and nothing. From what I can gather its the PSU or the wiring, as I did find a wire that was tape to another. Im ordering a psu to see if that does it. I messaged the seller and sadly, only seven months after I received my computer, they were unable to make things right. What a bummer, right before Christmas, too. I even purchased the one that was supposed to be like new. Beware buyers.

I like it
It's not bad for the money. It took forever to get it set up, but then again at work I am our IT department's worst nightmare, so trying to do this on my own was a little challenging. It would not let me install my old Microsoft Office 2013, but hey, that's probably not a deal breaker. I just purchased 2024. It boots up nice and fast. I panicked linking it to my cell phone and undid that in a heart beat. I broke my keyboard during the set up, so I ended up using the keyboard and mouse that came with the computer (I didn't realize the computer was coming with those). Yeah, the Pro Data keyboard and mouse are terrible. I'll just get another keyboard. I guess I was surprised at how much the computer was able to transferred over quickly. It somehow even knew my preferences for the night light setting. I do miss my Images of Ireland theme (not available anymore, apparently). Physically, it is smaller than my old computer. It is also extremely quiet. It looks brand new and clean. I don't know how to describe the port capacity. It certainly didn't care for my flash drive with my backed up documents (which I still am thankful Google helped me figure out how to recover while my old computer was in its death throes). I bought my old HP in 2012 and it died after a power outage, so I hope this Dell can last as long. I needed one anyway since my old HP was not Windows 11 compatible. The rest is just, what the IT guys would say, PEBCAK.

It works just like I expected
The computer is fine, it works and no issues. Didn't expect a mouse and keyboard, but received one.

easiest new computer set up, a bit of weirdness
Im not a tech guy, i just want to email & browse. This seemed like a great price to do basic work & make the required transition to W11. It came with box open, but computer was safely in foam packing, shrink wrapped & ok. I didnt order keyboard /mouse, but they sent one anyway. There was no power cord, maybe it fell out, but i just took one from my old PC, there must be untold millions of cords lying in desk drawers all over the world, 'just in case'. There was a Bluetooth usb plug in, so bluetooth capability was thereby enabled. To my delight, it has a CD rom drive! Start up was great, plugged into network cable & it updated & then transferred a bunch from my microsoft account so almost like having my 2015 computer back , except its fast & has W 11 on it. . Convenient, but freaky to know they have everything about me on file.
