I Love this product for my conjunctivitis, but I ordered another one the other day and was sent the wrong item. I got ointment for tinnitus instead of pink eye, which was disappointing. My 3 month-old daughter had been battling a goey, watery eye for 1.5 months. The doctor said to just keep wiping it, but it would get goey again like an hour later. It was raw at the outside corner from wiping, eyelashes ALWAYS wet and clumped together, and I was fed up. I ordered this and used it immediately upon receiving it, which was around noon. I use it whenever my eyes feel scratchy, which is often a prelude to an eye infection. This also works on any of my animals who have an infected eye. I very much like this is not a pharmaceutical drug and has no bad side effects, only goodness.

Please go to eye dr first and let them tell you what is going on. If it’s pink eye this product will do the trick it’s very soothing and definitely great for people who want to stir away from medications. That being said eyes are very sensitive and to assume you have pink eye would be wrong before seeing a eye or primary doctor. Unfortunately I was told I had a viral conjunctivitis (yes and I am very ocd and overly clean). This WILL NOT and I repeat WILL NOT go away with time nor without steroids drops and antibiotic drops. It’s a 2-3 week virus and my eyes were blood shot red for almost a week and a half. People can go blind or have vision problems thinking they can treat this organically. I love the idea of organic products only after a Dr has told you what you have.

Pros: This product has a long shelf life, comes in a nice bottle, and worked amazing on my left eye that was enduring rough allergen reactions and a virus later on. It's easy to use, (topical application on the eyelid, around the eye and below the eye) and causes no harm if it gets in your eye. I even found that it helped the healing process more to allow a little into my eye.Cons: A bit expensive.Another thing to note is that this will not help you any or hardly at all when dealing with a bacterial pink eye infection. Skip the use of this product and go immediately to the doctor if you have bacterial pink eye.
