The washers were as described.
The washers were as described. I used them, with wood screws, to hold down delicate anti slip fabric on a bench. The fabric stays in place holding the seat cushion (resting on the fabric) in place on the bench.

Just what I needed
I am using these to hold a pvc spacer on an 8mm bolt (i.e., so the spacer doesn’t slide off).

Works well with Yates 921 saftey razor
I bought these washers so I could use standard width razor handles with the Yates Precision Manufacturing 921 razor head (which has a narrow channel that the razor handle must clear to tighten the handle to the head). With these washers, I can use any standard threaded razor handle with the Yates 921 razor head. I like that the washers are black (instead of clear) so they are easier to see when you are cleaning your razor and your counter is wet.
