Amazon Basics Laundry Detergent Liquid, Concentrated, Fresh Scent, 110 Loads, 82.5 Fl Oz (New Packaging)

I like this detergent because it doesn’t harm my family’s skin nor damage our clothes. I use a small amount for a large wash load and it works well. In fact, I been using this detergent for the past 4 years and don’t see any reason to switch to another brand.

Best sensitive skin formula I have found so far. Better than name brands.

Works well, compares to tide free and clear with much less cost

This Amazon Basics Laundry Detergent has a great fresh scent and the cleaning quality is excellent. I was very pleased with how well it cleaned my clothes. However, when I first went to open the bottle, I encountered a bit of an issue with the cap. It was on so tightly that instead of just unscrewing the top, the entire dispensing mechanism (the second part connected to the container) started to unscrew as well. I was eventually able to get it open, but I'm wondering if this is a common issue or if I just happened to get a particularly tight cap and yes I saw the instructions to squeeze the bottom part but still had trouble. Despite this initial struggle, I'm happy with the detergent itself.

First time buying this detergent and the cap won’t come off. Not sure if this is typical for the Amazon brand, but we’ve tried several ways to open the cap to access the pour spout and it won’t budge. The only way to get detergent out is to open the entire child locked top exposing the full bottle opening and pour that way.
