This stuff works great. I was on antidepressants and got off cause I wasn’t happy about weight gain and tiredness it caused and was told to try ashwagandha by a friend. I’ve been on it for a few weeks now and feel a definite natural improvement. I will for sure be continuously ordering this!

This helps so much when I feel any anxiety it calms me down. I can finally sleep for long periods of time (5+ hours at a time, which is a long time for me). For years I only slept an hour at a time or less. I love how this assists me with keeping my cortisol in check, I feel like I can finally get off the roller coaster and chill out. I take them as needed whenever I feel wired and tired.
