Kraftwerks Performance Group 150-12-1300 Supercharger Kit

Do not buy these kits, it works when it works but everything is just low quality. Mines worked for about 4 months with no problems, then spent 8 months in my garage for various problems. The bolts gather a insane amount of rust on them and looks horrible. Kraftwerks customer service is the worst, ordered a new pulley, a month later it never came, had to call back to find out they had a software issue and lost my order. Ended up having to purchase a new Rotrex becasue they wouldn't cover it under warranty, even though the Rotrex comes with a 2 year warranty. They supposedly ships it off to get tested by the company to figure out what happened, if the Rotrex fails on it own then they will replace it no charge, if it failed becasue of something that I did then they will only offer a %50 discount on a new one. Turns out that they look for any reason to deny you a full replacement. I was told that I was denied a full replacement becasue i used "Custom pulleys", which is funny becasue me and the service rep was in the middle of a conversation about the belt not fitting and that i have been sent the wrong pulley on the new supercharger or the wrong belt. I knew this was a lie becasue while i was replacing the Rotrex oil feed lines i found a piece of paper towel that got stuck in the lines clogged it up and seized up the supercharger. But with all the supposed testing that they did i would of thought that they could tell if the supercharger seized becasue of inadequate oil, but maybe that's just me. I never figured out the belt sizing issue and ended up pulling everything off and selling it. Please spend your money elsewhere...

Warranty sucks they’ll blame you for messing it up but won’t own up to third warranty. To fix the blower $ 1,046. So y’all can know what y’all getting yourself into.
