Came flat/compressed but puffed up!
The media could not be loaded. I got the smallest oz, and it worked well, it puffed up nicely after placing it in water for less than 3 minutes as shown in the picture. No aroma, no issues, no complaints. Very happy customer. My hermit crabs will love this in the morning when I clean out their habitat. I'm mixing this with coconut as shown in the image 🥥

I have this for my ball python and it goes a long way. Very happy with it. I change it out weekly and leave it under her cool hide. Holds the moisture well and she loves burrowing in it.

Choose quality over quantity, this stuff molds like H-E-double hockey sticks!!
product molded VERY fast in the damp hides of all 4 of my leopard geckos!! Now I have to order more real fast, and they are without in the meantime! Thanks for the crappy product. I should've listed to the negative reviews. You should too!!! I chose value because my regular brand wasn't available. Next time I'll wait!!
