How do you turn on the LED lights?

We have produced two version products ,same quality with different LED operation method! Version A : Press Power Button over 3 second to turn on the LED light ,then click once to Mode B, click once again to Mode SOS, then click once again to turn off the LED light ! Version B : Quickly click Power Button twice in 1 second to turn on the LED light ,then click once to Mode B ,click once again to Mode SOS, then quickly click twice to turn off the LED light ! what version you will get is random !

Will this stay on even when the device you are charging is fully charged?

After you unplug it, if the lights are still lit, it is losing power. Be sure to turn it off and you should be good. Check periodically to see if your battery is draining to make sure you are able to keep ot fully charged. I bought 2 just to make sure I have power always.
