I originally read this book because I have hypersomnia (I am excessively tired no matter how much sleep I get) and I struggle to hold a job. I mean it just made sense to read this book since the whole idea of passive income is to gain time freedom along with wealth and self-fulfillment. Well in my case, I need a job I can hold, and passive income seems to be the only work around at this point without resorting to disability support from the government.Now about the book, I like this book. I give it a 9/10 rating, and I took one point off because while this book tell you “what” to do instead, it really just introduces you to the idea of passive income in general more-so than how to actually generate passive income.As an introductory book, I can honestly say this is a SUPER AMAZING book on how passive income should be generated and managed. Like, he not only tell you what it is and ways to make it, but he has a whole systematic approach on how to get started in your “passive income career” and how to get it to lead you to the 7, 8, and 9 figure checkpoint and beyond PLUS how to not only make millions but create the time freedom you want.If you’re into designing and living the lifestyle that you want out of passive income and not just the millions, this book is for you! If you’re a hypersomniac like me, I strongly recommend you start with this book!

This is my first book by the author. I love his system and financial navigation through the world of Airbnb. Great reading. Well written. Too costly at the end to go into his offer. The entry barrier was too high for me and I imagine many others feel the same. An absolutely great asset to have and build when I am financially strong enough to enter into this system. Other than that it’s absolutely perfect.

This book is written in an easy to understand manner. However, I think it is good for younger generation with a lot of energy and not as many bills to pay. It also describes sources of income that work great in strong economy but less when the consumer sentiment is subdued.

This book is Exemplary and operative it doesn't deserve to collect dust or put in a drawer but to reach the world...!!!!!This book has opened not only my eyes but has opened a shift of infinity cash flow in my life...!!!!! I'm looking forward to applying his phenomenal system of Cash Flow to help those in my space which I pray also to spread throughout the world...!!!!!

I have a short attention span and although I read a lot and am on the computer much of the time I was not eager to read another book.However the first thing I really liked about the book was the short chapters. .Although the chapters were short they did keep my attention.Next I was reading about subjects that I was fairly knowledgeable about.So I began to wonder since I had never heard of Briar before if it was worth my time. The book was of mostly general information until I completed reading the book and reviewed the Resource Section.WOW!!!I was blown away by what Briar presented as opportunities...You are missing the boat if you do not buy and read this book

The tone of the book is awesome, the story about his dad and his motivation to master money is inspirational and the lessons learned are life changing.What I love about this book is the author takes the time to break down our pre-conceived beliefs around wealth and shares the simple things that everyday people can do so they can work less and earn more.A super straight forward read. That has completely transformed the way I look at my time and money.

very bad book for anyone looking for air bnb expertise. this book just tells you why you need money and not to be a slave and work 9-5. the bs we already know.was extremely dissapointed with this as i was sold on this book because apparently had all the secrets to airbnb. turns out it was false advertisingall this book is, is mental masturbation!!

This book presents some great ideas and points - not revolutionary stuff but decent content nevertheless. However, stay faaaaarrrrrr away - I repeat - stay far away from his BNB Formula. This company will swindle you out of $20k if they can get you on a phone call and get a verbal agreement from you to do their "mentorship" program - and then they will leave you high and dry with no help and a $20k loan at 20% interest to pay back to them. If you want real rental arbitrage advice, check out Sean Rakidzich, who has tons of free content and has been doing this for longer than Brian Page supposedly has. Sean has been sounding the alarm on Brian Page for years. Don't take my word for it - check out BNB Formula on Better Business Bureau and read the heartbreaking stories from people who were swindled out of thousands and thousands of dollars and received nothing in return.
