Bought for my sister who is selling her home. She said it is excellent for making her duvet covers, curtains, cushions etc. crease free , show home ready. She is very happy with the simplicity of use and ease of use, being very light. Perfect for crease removal, stubborn wrinkles and a time saver. She said the tank was easy to fill and the steam lasted. I bought it for her and found it great value.

I have not used all of the heads on it yet. The steam that comes out is great it warms up quickly. It does take a little time when doing on curtains or larger products. It does remove lots of wrinkles and creates. I've only given 4 stars as you have to fill the water container up quite alot when doing larger products. Would recommend and I am happy to have this in my home

This handheld steamer is easy to use and serves it's purpose.

My life has changed since I bought this steamer. Before, I never ironed any clothes because I found it unbelievably boring; since I got this steamer I’m looking forward to steaming clothes! It doesn’t leak and the tank is a reasonable size (can do 1-2 outfits or one curtain before I need to refill). The cable is also quite long which makes it easier to steam things like curtains. I’ve only had it for a few days but so far I would say it’s value for money.

I've changed my review from 3 to 5 stars, as having used it for a few weeks I've learned how to get the best out of it and I've become much quicker. The iron & ironing board have been made redundant! 😆 I 💯 recommend.Practice makes perfect 👌Having used this for the first time today I'd say using this steamer is much more time consuming and laborious than ironing.If you're short on space then I can see the appeal, or if you're away on business and need to press one shirt on the go. But if you have a large family & a have a huge load to do -- a good old steam iron & ironing board wins every time🤴 🙌Also, it has to be used in an upright position (water leaks out if horizontal), so I'm not sure how people steam their bedding whilst on their bed - plus the cord isn't long enough?

The product is a good one, well worth the price. It does the purpose for the purchase. I am happy to have it.

I previously reported a defect with this iron while I was traveling and informed you of my intention to return it. After using the iron only three times during my holiday, it ceased to produce steam and began spurting water instead.As advised by your help desk, I am now reaching out upon my return to the UK to request an extension of the return window and to kindly ask that you provide a return label so I can proceed with the return.Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
