I placed my first pad in the wrong spot, and a few days later I decided to remove it. It was pretty hard to take off, but it didn’t leave any sticky residue behind. I’m very happy with it.

My dashcam is a suction type obviously, but it has never stayed up longer than a few hours. It always bothered me but since I worked close to home, I never tried to fix it. New job comes around and I'm driving 45 mins to and from. Definitely want protection against stupid drivers! So I looked into what could help it stay up. Bought this for the nice price, but I was uncertain as I realized it was only adhesive on one side and just flat plastic on the other. I tried it anyway, pressed it on the glass for thirty seconds, waited 24 hours like the instructions said, and suctioned my dashcam to it. A few weeks later and it still hasn't fell! I had no idea all my dash cam needed was a flat plastic mount instead of the window! Definitely recommend!

I place mine on the windshield, and once it’s positioned where I want it, I never remove it. It is certainly very durable and does not damage the adhesive part of the mount I use. However, if you leave it on the windshield for an extended period, like nearly a year, you will find it quite challenging to remove. I was unable to do it by hand and had to use a razor blade to cut off the plastic component, so exercise caution when applying it to the windshield unless you intend for it to stay there permanently.

I bought this product expecting good quality because it says “Made in Japan,” but it didn’t work as expected. One side (red adhesive side) sticks very strongly to the dashboard. However, the other side is not sticky at all and also not magnetic, so there is no way to attach the phone holder properly. Also, the adhesive is so strong that it may damage the dashboard if removed. I do not recommend this product unless you are completely sure it fits your needs.

Trash. Who thought this was useful? My suction cup dash cam won’t stick so got this and it’s just plastic on the top. Suction cup won’t stick on that either. For reference I live in central Texas where is 85 degrees and humid at 7am. This is total garbage.

In past I used to use phone holder directly and it was leaving glue stains and mark on dahsboard. This is a very nice product no glue stain , easy to use and firm. I started using for few days and it's build quality , adhesive quality is good. It's been holding phone holder well.

Perfect for secure mounting. Will stand up even in the hot aussie sun. Great if you need to secure sometging to a slightly curved or old serface.
