I place mine on the windshield, and once it’s positioned where I want it, I never remove it. It is certainly very durable and does not damage the adhesive part of the mount I use. However, if you leave it on the windshield for an extended period, like nearly a year, you will find it quite challenging to remove. I was unable to do it by hand and had to use a razor blade to cut off the plastic component, so exercise caution when applying it to the windshield unless you intend for it to stay there permanently.

This product is a fantastic find! It's reasonably priced, making it accessible for most budgets without compromising on quality. The product is exactly as described, and its usefulness cannot be overstated. I've found it to be incredibly practical and efficient in meeting my needs. Works well

I placed my first pad in the wrong spot, and a few days later I decided to remove it. It was pretty hard to take off, but it didn’t leave any sticky residue behind. I’m very happy with it.

I am so glad I found these! I bought a phone mount that only adheres to totally flat surfaces. But, my car, like make have all kinds of contours on the dash. This helped to create enough smoth surface and my phone mount is still hanging vertically (the sticky part is VERY sticky); that;s a good thing!

I bought this product expecting good quality because it says “Made in Japan,” but it didn’t work as expected. One side (red adhesive side) sticks very strongly to the dashboard. However, the other side is not sticky at all and also not magnetic, so there is no way to attach the phone holder properly. Also, the adhesive is so strong that it may damage the dashboard if removed. I do not recommend this product unless you are completely sure it fits your needs.

Trash. Who thought this was useful? My suction cup dash cam won’t stick so got this and it’s just plastic on the top. Suction cup won’t stick on that either. For reference I live in central Texas where is 85 degrees and humid at 7am. This is total garbage.

In past I used to use phone holder directly and it was leaving glue stains and mark on dahsboard. This is a very nice product no glue stain , easy to use and firm. I started using for few days and it's build quality , adhesive quality is good. It's been holding phone holder well.

Perfect for secure mounting. Will stand up even in the hot aussie sun. Great if you need to secure sometging to a slightly curved or old serface.
