This has really helped my daughter with her Severs. She does 14 hours of gymnastics and dancing a week, and is able to use this to reduce the pain in her heel. It fits really well, she is comfortable in it and she managed to put it on and take it off on her own. Really grateful that this exists as it has made such a difference.

Took a while to get used to them & have had to buy longer laces for my trainers but otherwise they work well.

great support for ankle and heel it has a nice snug fit cannot be worn with footwear but great for supporting the heel in gymnastics or dance
