I ordered these for a 2016 ford f 350. The kit was 4 shocks, 2 front, 2 rear, snd steering. One of the front shocks out of the box is defective. It does not spring out and is as bad as the ones I was out to replace. I have requested a replacement. I am hoping I don’t have to send the whole set back and can get the defective one replaced. Bad Quality control.4 days since requested replacement shock. Customer service non existent!

4 Rancho shocks were installed to replace F250 OEM shocks after 100k miles. Rides like new again. Problem with the steering damper shock not fitting was quickly resolved by the seller.

How do we get in touchh with Trends Auto? The shocks are fine, but the bolt on the steering dampner broke. I had to go to the Ford garage and purchase a new steering dampner because they did not have a bolt, nor do they sell the tapered bolt. Now I am stuck with a steering dampner that cannot be used. Would like a partial credit on this order.

I bought front and rear shocks for my 2015 F250. The quality of the ride went from bad to worse after installing these shocks. I went ahead and bought Bilstein shocks with much better performance. It would be nice to get some kind of refund.
