Not as sweet as Life cereal, so good treat if you want something sweet and more healthful.

What else is there to say? In this modern day and age, it's a challenge finding healthy food options that also taste great. I've purchased this brand in grocery stores before, but it's nice to know Amazon offers it via Pantry. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed these for several years but come across hard pieces. I stopped since I was afraid I would chip a tooth. I actually went to another brand that I enjoy more.
