ROBERTS 3095-1 1 Gallon Carpet Adhesive

I’m just getting into rug tufting and everyone recommends this carpet adhesive for securing the yarns on the back of your rug. My local Home Depot was out of stock of this adhesive so I was glad to find it on Amazon. It arrived without any damage to the container. The adhesive is easy to scoop out of the container. I used a small scraping tool I have for painting to scoop out the adhesive and spread it on the backs of my finished rugs. It goes on smoothly and it didn’t smell too bad. I barely noticed the smell so that was a big plus! I left the adhesive to dry for a day. It is still a bit tacky once “dried” but that was helpful when it came to folding back the edges of the tufting cloth since the still-sticky adhesive held the cloth in place as I secured it more permanently with the glue gun. The yarns were very securely held by the adhesive so I’m happy with this product. You will use a lot of this adhesive for your tufted rugs, so a big container of this stuff will be handy. I liked that the finished rug is still soft and pliable, not stiff like some other adhesives. I recommend this adhesive for your rug tufting projects.

Worked great for a DIY Rug job. It spreads easy and grips strong. Just make sure you have good ventilation—the smell is strong at first but fades once it dries

I bought this for rug tufting it is very sticky but holds really good

Tardó como una semana en llegar, pero cuando llego todo bien, en buen estado y funciona exclente, lo único que avisaría es que usen mascarilla al ocuparlo, tiene un fuerte olor y no se recomienda su uso en espacios cerrados. Tarda en secar como dos días pero ya seco mantiene su flexibilidad y pega bastante bien.

No me gusta su olor pero te acostumbras. Basta con usar un filtro. Pero funciona de maravilla

Lo utilice para sustituir material de anclaje de alfombra peluda. Buen resultado

El producto está bien, él único problema es que al empacar el bote el pegamento se estaba saliendo, deberían poner más cuidado a la hora de empacar los productos para su entrega
