Poor Quality Control!
Opened it up and discovered scratches and significant blemishes and dents. Nicely packaged with thick cardboard. Arrived without any damage to shipping box. Damage was obviously from the factory.

It came in very good shape. Very easy cleaning light weight and very sturdy. Very easy to mount in the wall. The magnet strength is ok for us because we only have very light pictures hanging and it works well haven't tried with bigger things.

I like this product a lot. Everything was great. But still if you want to know "what could have been improved?", Then I would say, You should have given High quality marker. Else everything was perfect. Thanks Amazon!
