+ Well calibrated. Colours look a lot like my MBP 14 screen, which is almost reference level to be honest.+ Decently bright for indoor use. USB-C connection allows software brightness control too from a Mac!+ 27" is a very good size for a monitor, perfect for any desk.+ Slim bezels and overall, a neat look with an overall slim profile.+ Matte finish is great at eliminating glare. Great as an indoor monitor.+ Stand is very nice. Very heavy, solid and sturdy. Didn't expect it to be that good actually! Occupies a corner and makes space to chuck stuff underneath monitor, like a laptop. Easy adjustment and good cable management too!+ USB-C connection is so handy. One cable to charge and for display output. So neat.+ Good quality cables supplied.+ Build quality is decent for a plastic construction. Doesn't creek. Stand is metal and solid.+ Option for vertical layout is great for reading or for programmers.- For some reason, HDR completely messes up with colour profile. But it's ok, since HDR 400 is mostly a gimmick anyway, not very useful. Just don't use HDR and don't expect anything useful out of HDR 400 (you should know before buying).- USB connections on the hub at are pegged at USB 2.0 for data, which is only ideal for connecting peripherals or wireless receivers, not storage devices.- Contrast is meh. But I guess, for the price and for an IPS panel, it's alright.- OSD controls look like they were designed in 2000s. Very ugly. Interface could overall be better.- Reliability of the joystick-like control for OSD is dubious.- Built-in speakers are only intended to be used if you literally have nothing else. Potato will also sound better.Bottom Line - Buy this as a second screen for your laptop for desk use. Stand is great. Overall, it will help with a neat setup and has good colour and brightness for basic to mediocre use. Not ideal for content consumption. Well priced. USB-C is really handy. Good monitor for the new MacBooks.

First of all, this stand should be a good enough reason alone to recommend this monitor. On top of that, the display is amazing, and 4k is a delight to the eyes. Since it's a C-type monitor and provides data connectivity, the cable management (hiding back cables) is super simple and neat. Found it a little expensive that other 4k 27" monitors, but the stand, extra ports, accessibility and 4k display definitely make it worth the price.

When it comes to displays be it TV or monitors, LG and Samsung are the OGs. I'm glad we bought this one. There was a slight hesitation given the transaction amount and the fear of receiving a damaged box +/ product. But it's Amazon, and it hasn't disappointed so far, but I went for it. The package arrived on time and in good condition. Setting it up was a breeze. The adapter wire is bulky and quite long, but I put it in a white box to keep things tidy. The display is bright. Colours, vibrant. Monitor is decently built. The stand is solid. The one touch button for all settings is a bit tiresome, but once you set it, you hardly use it again. The 4K on a 27 inch is nice, sharp and massive. All in all, LG stays true to its reputation.

I bought it for coding purpose, text clearity of monitor is really really good 🤩,Type c works great 🤟I can attach my keyboard and mouse with the monitor as 2 usb switches are given.Type c to c cable damaged within a 6-7 months.

Already saw multiple reviews where customers reported that defective units were sent and they need to replace it. For me they've sent a working monitor but there's a bulge/bump in the mount place and vesa mount is not clicking into the gap rendering the monitor practically useless. For my case there's no replacement available in the warehouse so Amazon initiated refund. I'd recommend to buy directly from LG website which I got to know recently. Call LG customer care and share your interest and pincode, on sign-up to LG site you'll receive a welcome coupon 5% discount and the customer care agents have some more coupons effectively reducing the price to 15% cheaper than Amazon price and you'll get recently manufactured product(1 month old) shipped directly from the LG warehouse.

So far my experience with this monitor is great. Picture quality is good. I haven't used a 4k monitor before I can say you would really find it attractive. The controls are good and responsive. There is back light bleed but which ips monitor doesn't. Oh boy the stand it's very cool. For someone who spend 10+ hours before the screen you need that adjustability to move the monitor around. Since this is a productivity monitor I am not expecting anything from a gaming point of view.Conclusion:If you want a 4k monitor(I strongly suggest you to go for it even some might argue 2k is enough) you can better deal than this but the arm would make up that difference. So you can't go wrong with this. Peace.

I like it. Everything looks very bright and clear. I have both windows and mac pro. and used to love mac display. But in front of this display even mac display looks inferior. Stand is of superb quality and flexible in all angles.Only CON (after 1+ year) is that it does not support daisy chaining! I tried connecting my laptop to LG Ergo using thunderbolt USB C cable, and then LG monitor to HP Monitor using DP (DisplayPort). It fails to daisy chain another monitor. It is also confirmed by the google. Wish I had known it earlier.
