This helps me stay asleep longer
I have always struggled with falling asleep and remaining asleep. While I still take benadryl to fall asleep I have found that since I began taking 7 Tian Wang Bu Xin Wan ( Heart Vigor) I am able to sleep for at least 6 hours without waking up every couple of hours. I have been taking them every night for the last 2 months ( aside from when I ran out of the first bottle and woke up continuously until the second bottle arrived).

Great product
I am suffering with menopausal insomnia and anxiety. Ever since I started this formula I stay asleep through the night and my anxiety went from crippling to almost non-existing.

Depends on the dosage that works for your needs
My husband is an insomniac and this is the only thing that helps him sleep. Gave it 3 stars because the lower dosage doesn't work as well as the higher dosage powder capsules.

Smelled/tasted bad…like sulfur…something wrong
I have been using another brand my acupuncturist suggested but I ran out so I came on Amazon to buy more. I couldn’t find the exact brand so I bought these. Knowing what tea pills smell/taste like, I knew these were all wrong. I even showed them to my acupuncturist who is also a doctor of Chinese medicine. She said “that’s a cheaper brand and I’m not sure if they test for pesticides, which is important.” I told her to try them and within 3 seconds of putting one in her mouth, she had to spit it out. She said to stop taking. Maybe they had gone bad? I don’t know. They were within date. We both thought the smell was way off.
