Best flour for homemade sour dough bread
We buy this all the time as we make our own sourdough bread at home. We bought a separate plastic tub so we can keep this fresh. It's very economical and lasts a long time.

This is a great bread flour for my sourdough recipes!
This flower has proven to be fresh and an excellent bread flour that I use at least three times a week. I love the fact that I get a good price at 50 pounds, better than any store price. I would definitely buy again.

Okay, okay, that wasn't a very punny title, but hey, ... it was a little. You smiled? smirked? alrighty, to the review then. I am not a prolific baker. Some of my friends are. I recently got into baking and King Arthur bread flour was highly recommended. So I got it. Makes yummy sourdough, so I see no reason to branch out. If it works, don't fix it. :D

Great for pastry.
The best flour for pastry dough. I belong to an organization that makes about 10,000 pieces of pastry every year for a festival. This is the only flour we use.

Best flour out there
I love this bread flour! It’s easy to work with and it has the best flavor ever!! The bread texture is light and fluffy we use it as our everyday all purposes flour, so it’s very versatile , and works well in other recipes, gravies, etc. Organic.

Great quality
I have purchased this at least three times. The quality is great! It always arrives on time. Fills up two 5 gallon buckets for storage. So thankful I can buy unbleached, unbromated flour in bulk to make bread for my family.
