This is a great dehumidifier we use in our camper. The large storage tank allows us to leave it alone for a week at a time before emptying it. Our old one had to be emptied every 2 days. It is easy to empty, just slide out and remove the lid. Hold a finger on the magnetic float or it slides out (if you put it in backwards, it doesn't work). Also like the flat top surface, which allows us to store items on top. The fan is a bit noisy at night (if you like silence), but we use a fan for white noise anyway so it doesn't bother us. Overall, this is a great product and we are well pleased.

I've had it for a couple months now, very efficient, and it's pretty silent. It was a great buy!

I have purchased 3 of the H2 NineSky dehumidifiers, two silver one black. They were awesome in the beginning, however now one works properly. One does not collect water, even in a high humidity bathroom. The other starts and then stops by itself over and over again. So it can't be trusted to be left plugged in. I have contacted the company in Colorado who distributes NineSky, several times and I was told to expect an email containing what the next steps are. I haven't heard anything from themI can only hope that they get back with me. Would I purchase a NineSky dehumidifier again, no . So buyer beware. Don't waste your money

It’s quiet for a dehumidifier, but I always hear it when it’s on because it’s in our living space. But the noise is well worth it! The water capacity is surprising for how small it is. When it’s full, it beeps loudly once and the light turns from blue to red. Super straightforward. I have a fish tank in my house so I use it to keep humidity down, and it needs emptying about once a week. I’ve had it running continuously for almost a year now and it still works like it’s new.

I found my place to run a little damp and after researching this, it was recommended I invest in a dehumidifier.I found this one matched my budget and seemed to have a number of great reviews so gave it a try.Wow, am I impressed and also didn’t realize how much moisture this thing pulls out of my air!It is easy to use and empty (plus I appreciate the visible reservoir where the water accumulates so I can visually monitor how much water it being collected.)The reason I deducted one star is the lights on the unit are very bright which lights up my bedroom at night where I use it. It would be great if future models either chose a dimmer light or offered a dimmer switch on the unit.It is also louder than I would have liked but I convinced myself it is simply white noise to help me sleep better. (Until I found the light was too bright so now I just turn it off overnight.)Love this though and am thoroughly impressed (& also a bit surprised) by how much moisture it collects.Definitely recommended to get the job done.

I loved it, anyone with kids should have one just like it. It works perfectly, the sound is not loud, it catches a lot of water and the lighting to let you know when it is full is a nice touch. Easy to remove the water container and it has not affected my energy bill at all. It is great for helping with mold and allergies in a medium sized room with an attached bathroom and it keeps everything exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend it. I am happy.

We live on a bottom floor, floods easily, feels like we’re below ground apartment. Well two of my roommates rooms started to have the worst mold/mildew smell and no matter what we cleaned it didn’t seem to help. After reading the reviews and seeing the price on this one I took a chance and boy am I so thankful!!! Within one week of having these in the rooms they no longer have a smell, their “allergies” have disappeared (I tried to tell them it wasn’t allergies) and the overall gathering of condensation has lessened.I am very pleased with this purchase! They are very compact so easily placed, the color change feature is cool but I don't use it, it is very quiet, and you are getting an amazing value for money!! 100/10 recommend for any apartment now.

UPDATE: I got a hold of an extra manual. It says “We offer 1 year warranty for dehumidifier. If you have any problem, question or concern of our products, please feel free to contact us via Email: [email protected] , we will try our best to provide you the best solution within 24 hours.”I’m going to email them now to get a replacement; will update this review with the outcome.—This worked perfectly until it didn't 8 months after purchase. It powers on and there's no problem with the float/tank being full, but just doesn't run. There are a few other reviews suggesting that the motor may have overheated. They do suggest unplugging every 24 hours but that's just not realistic. No information online as to how to contact the manufacturer. One review says the manual has an email address but unfortunately if you didn't keep the manual (I didn't) you're out of luck.Also the product description says that you can change the colors of the lights but that doesn't seem to work, though I didn't need that feature.
