I have 20x20 inserts. Should I order the same size covers or size up?

Mine were 18x18, and I got the 20x20. Squish the pillow down while inserting, zip, then smack the sides to puff them up again ! They fit nicely.

Are these actual corduroy fabric, or some faux knockoff?

Not corduroye, but a nice texture! Very soft!
