The map is really nice. The gold flake looks really good and the colors for the countries are vibrant. After scratching off all the countries I have visited, it was neat to get an overview of where I have been and where I haven't. Another thing I appreciated is the gold flake is placed such that there is a gap between all borders, which makes it easy to accurately scratch off the gold flake for each country. The gold flake is also strong enough to not scratch off if something brushes against it, but easy enough to get off with the included scratcher. Great value!

Good idea but I needed something with all the individual States in the United States. The quality seemed OK but a little too big and would be impossible to keep unfolded unless you put it in a frame.

Came with slight damage to the black top coat.

Gifted this to a girl who has traveled a lot and needed to decorate her room. She loves it. It's a fun way to get us away from screens to do an interactive learning activity, and decorate a room. A good ORIGINAL gift and a nice conversation piece.

a perfect gift for a traveler

This is a great map. At first I got it for my house and our family travels, but when it came we decided we'll need two. One for our house to scratch off with the kids once we visit a new place. Everyone is excited to go to a new place and scratch off a new piece of the map. Great interactive fun for everyone and helps our kids learn more about the world.The second map is for my office. When we sign up a new customer we are going to scratch off each place they are located. This will be great to keep everyone excited and motivated to bring in new clients and partners. Once we showed it to people, everyone wants one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this map! It arrived in a giant box stuffed with paper, with another high quality mail tube inside. No way this was going to get damaged in transit (which has happened to me in the past with other maps). The paper on which it is printed is extra thick and expensive feeling. Scratching off the map is a pleasure thanks to the provided tool and the quality of the foil. It felt more like an experience than a product. Super therapeutic! Loved everything about this and can't wait to get more for my friends and family.
