An absolutely brilliant tablet
After some research and reviews of tablets I have found this small gem of a tablet (I'm actually writing this reviews from that) it's great if you want just a good tablet for media consumption and very light gaming, it may take a second to open the apps but everything works without freezes or delays, and the battery last pretty long, for this price it's probably one of the best tablets that you can buy at the moment.

excellent value for money
Great screen, excellent sound quality, as easy to use as my phone. The battery life is exceptional - i can watch several hours of streaming using my phone as a hotspot and still have over 75% of the battery left. I only need to charge it every 3-4 days. I work nights and use it during quiet periods at work to watch disney+ netflix etc.If i have any criticism it's the stupid screen gesture thing it comes set up with. To return it to the usual 3 buttons you have on an android phone screen is crazily and cryptically buried in menus. Even if you search for the right thing it doesn't return the right page and you really have to root around to find the setting which is under an identical heading for the setting that doesn't contain it. I have no idea why. Once set to normal android mode operating it is much simpler as I found the gesture thing unreliable and sluggish. The other criticism is that you cannot change the launcher, meaning you cannot customise icons. I tried installing Microsoft launcher as on my phone and whilst it works, after 30 seconds or so it reverts by itself to its own Lenovo launcher, resetting any changes you have made in a different launcher. That's all kind of by the by though as for the price - I paid £150 for "used -like new" and it was actually brand new and sealed in the box with the film still on the screen so for the price a real bargain. I chose it over a Kindle Fire HD which would have been the perfect size as i was worried about not being able to get certain apps as they don't use the normal Google Play Store. I'd seen videos about installing them as apks but I didn't want the hassle. Shame as an 8" screen would have been perfect for me. Never mind, this screen is great and the sound is plenty good enough and loud enough. It's pretty quick and responsive once you have got all the various updates installed. I haven't noticed any lag that some reviewers have spoken of. OK it's not ultra responsive in an instant with zero delay like a flagship phone but it's by no means slow or laggy and I certainly wouldn't pay 3x as much for that split second faster response, esp as I only need it for streaming. I've watched a star wars movie on disney+, streamed the darts premier league from Sky Sports app, watched Youtube videos etc all very happily. Highly recommend this tablet.

Fantastic value Android Tablet
Android tablets have developed nicely and this is an excellent example. I wanted to get a smaller and lighter tablet and at this time the Lenovo M10 Plus gen 3 (crazy name?!) is a great option.Bought mainly for media and eBook/PDF duties and for this task it excels.I also have Lenovo's rather fine Active Pen 3 (alternative is the Precision Pen 2) which works well. Now the Table does feel slightly under powered but for the price of around One Fifty here on the ol' Amazons, it not too much to grumble at.The Screen is fantastic and the Tablet has been upgraded to Android 13 recently, which have made a good tablet into an excellent one. With the latter you have a fancier split screen options and other refinements.Great for reading, with it's 'Reading Mode' options to save the eyes somewhat. Good enough and being a fully fledged Tab, it ment that my kindle not really been needed for reading, even though an epaper screen is easier to read this tablet versatile and faster eg for pdfs.Styluses .... Lenovo really needs to get its act to get her with naming conventions... For example Active Pen 2 if for some of the Windows machines, But Active Pen 3 is for some of there Tabs?! I got the latter at a good price as there were no precision pen 2's about. Only major difference is the latter is hexagonal tube and Active Pen 3bis circular one. There are great Apps for not taking like Wacoms Bamboo and MS's OneNote. Sketchbook for drawing is fine to. But Krita the Open Source wonder also works but does show that The Tab M10 Plus gen 3 is somewhat under powered, but again at its price point the Active Stylus facilities are a welcome feature not usually available at this price point. If you want a good media Tablet with headphone socket no less, and with eReading and note-taking focus in relatively light package. This is a very decent option!

Great for a low budget tablet
Bought 4 to use at work, so staff can work reading instruction sheets/procedures direct from the server at their benches. The greyscale is great for this. Also being used as an audio device thanks to the 3.5mm socket and fm radio. At setup you can plug your mobile (motorola in my case) direct via a usbc to usbc cable and transfer all your apps bar the protected ones, I've paired the 2 devices and this device then shows up for 2FA and messages as I've placed it directly under the PC screen. Take off all the silly games, put in a file manager (XFolder here) and AV. Device updated to Android 13 at setup and it is very much a stock android experience. Display is crisp and third party pens will work for navigation (good if you have fat fingers). Will also pair with BT keyboards. All in all, satisfied customer.

Laggy with first day of use but got considerably better after a few days of use
When setting up the device I was considering returning it due to how unresponsive it was. However after getting all the updates out of the way (had to update it about 3 or 4 times consecutively for some reason), and after it finished downloading BLOATWARE, I uninstalled all the bloatware and restarted it after the updates when prompted, and now it is actually usable. With my own apps downloaded, the tablet is now responsive. The screen is really good for the price - despite it being only 2K at 10.6 inches, it still looks good, as well as the colours. The 4GB RAM does the tablet good too with it now slowing down much despite a lot of apps in the background. The Android experience is mostly stock Android 12L with the exception of the bloatware that had to be uninstalled (but hey at least they could be uninstalled unlike Samsung's bloatware). The build quality is good too and is not plastic as far as I can tell. Its like 3/4 metal and then theres a strip thats kind of like fabric - it doesn't feel cheap though. The bezels aren't big either. It sounds brilliant too with 4 speakers, 2 on each side.Overall I am pleased with the tablet and I would recommend it given the price!

It works like a laptop
I bought it to read emails and some excel, word work when I am on trains and travel. It is super fast for those tasks movies from Amazon prime and Netflix amazing quality. Battery life when watching movies is at decent value more than 12 hours.I am impressed even on gaming Asphalt 9 at decent speed.I am impressed with1) quality of images.2) for the price tablet with proper pen I could markup architectural drawings (pdf) on site very accurate and fast.3) The sound quality is amazing unbelievable and mutch better from my smartphone that is 5 to 6 times more expensive.4) super light and thin5) reading long hours niceI do not use the camera for photos or videos but I sused for meetings Teams or zoom and the quality was acceptable.
