Arrived quickly, very neatly packaged. Putting together the parts was just a 2 min job. It is exactly as specified and is very practical and more than adequate for a small family. Looks attractive. Not very sturdy though, and there is a bit of a shake after assembling if you move it, but may not be a problem if it is just set in one place as is normally done. Just feel the ladle/cutlery holder section is a bit shallow, leaving ends sticking out a fair bit, and a long ladle may fall off - about 3 inches extra depth would have been ideal
