Not recommended for people who smokes once or twice a day. I tried and I puked for 3-4 times, making me weak and plus the headache. Please consult a doctor before going for the patch.

Have tried champix earlier.. It did work to some extent .. But then left it and went on to take 20-25/day.. Initially ordered a pack of 21mg and 14mg..The very first day of using 21mg .. i could come down to 12 .. as of today using my 3rd strip of 14mg and my count had come down to 5..It really helps, but really unsure if you can maintain low count without it.. (depends on your frequency though)Planning to order 1 more 14mg and a 7mg.. So hopefully, with a lil self control id be out of this shitty useless habit..I'd suggest to put a new strip as soon as you wake up.. that really helps..I'm still struggling to quit the early morning smoke with coffee..Hope the next 2 packages help me out of the craving completely ..Try out .. definitely not as harmful as smoking.. And you definitely save money..

This is made of plastic. Looks and feels like a cello tape. Nicotex patches are of much better quality. They have a fabric kind of a feel, stick well and also give relief from nicotine cravings. They are slightly expensive but worth the money spent. 2baconil must upgrade their material.

Works a treat - I use it for long-haul flights. Works at least a year past the sell by date.

Need to round the edges of the patch so that they don't poke into the skin and the edges don't come off. Consider this for future design.
