These are great and pretty easy to clean. Circles are kettle-sized, so i can boil water and bring the kettle to any surface to refill tea or whatever. Unexpected benefit is that the grippy surface discourages cat from throwing things on the floor, too. I think they would be improved by having a smaller, palm-sized one for handles of pots, but these were a good purchase.

My appliances are black and I use these to protect my countertop from heat. I have a bread machine on one, an air fryer on another, and a toaster on another. I would highly recommend getting these and putting under any appliances that have heating elements. One time, a toaster oven caught my laminate countertop on fire and nearly burned my house down. My experience has made me very aware of that danger. I feel confident that these protect not only my countertop from heat damage, but also make my home safer.

Bought these for use with my new Instant Pot. Perfect for grabbing the inner pot and excellent for placing a *hot* pot / pan / dish down on the counter without needing to worry about damaging it. The material is soft and grips the surface it is set on and that of whatever is being set on it. Super easy to use and clean.

I don’t know how we’ve gone all of these years without these silicone mats! My wife was always giving me grief for setting warm/hot pans and plates on the countertops or wooden tables! These mats are simple, lightweight, good quality silicone that make it simple to throw on the counter before taking the hot pans out of the oven. They conveniently come with a hole made for hanging on a hook, or you can stack them easily beside the cutting boards (this is what we do!). Great purchase! Will never be without them again!

I purchased this Large Silicone Trivet to use as a placemat on my genuine marble tabletop. I wanted a mat that I could take a hot glass bowl of instant oatmeal out of the microwave and sit it down immediately on without endangering my tabletop. And the same goes for cold things directly out of the freezer. But many designated Silicone placemats are way to thin for that purpose whereas this Silicone privet serve my purpose very well. As you can see in the picture, the shade of gray looks nice with my table. It protects my tabletop from damage caused by heat or cold. It's large enough to set a plate on and have space left over for condiments. It's not as thick as some but seems durable enough. I do not recommend that you take a 500 degree iron skillet off the cook top and sit it immediately on this privet. I'm well pleased with this trivet.
