As someone who has been on a Kik to try a bunch of new cereals that I wouldn't normally eat, mainly something a little bit healthier or to help me be more productive throughout the day, I decided to try vector and I was pleasantly surprised how delightfully delicious the cereal is. It stays nice and crispy when eating with milk and it has just the right amount of sweetness to it to make it taste good, but not be super unhealthy. I also like that it has the extra protein in it because that helps give you long-term energy and if you're going to be doing something physical, this can be a great energy boost for you. I do wish it was in stock more often than it is. It's actually hard to get a hold of on a regular basis.

So I'm pretty picky with my cereal, and much prefer the fruit granola options in Japan that are more healthy AND taste good. But here in Canada, we're limited to a few brands selling cereal loaded with sugar. Having accepted that, this is one of the cereals that I can tolerate a large bowl of, even though it's still quite sweet. I find the sweetness to be more like syrup mixed with milk (it's actually pretty good), instead of milk mixed into sugar like most other popular cereals here. It's advertised as one of the more healthy cereals too but I don't buy that one bit to be honest. It's a little more simple than all those kids cereals with marshmallows and food colouring and whatnot so that's nice. It also stays crunchy throughout the entire bowl, so I can have a larger bowl without having soggy cereal at the end. I rarely eat cereal nowadays, but it's my goto if I have to.

Bought this cereal at our local Costco, but when I went back to get another box, they no longer sold the cereal. So glad I found the cereal on Amazon. It was way more expensive on Amazon. Maybe because the product shipped from Canada. One thing with all these types of cereals is that the bottom of these cereals are the small pieces, so you want to shake the bag up a bit to get everything consistent in the bag. I did really like the cereal but won’t buy again at that price.

I've been eating Vector for years as the vitamin and mineral content in this cereal is quite high for a mid price product. It's also whole grain. It tastes like any other flake cereal, as it's generally unflavored. My only complaint is that it has 12g of sugar. Less sugar would be nice. Life and Shreddies have less sugar. The 123g of protein listed on the front is when you add milk, as the cereal itself only has 5.7g. But I get my protein elsewhere.
