Saw these demo'd on TikTok and I knew this would help me with my goal! I'm 61 and had long ago stopped squatting due to stiff hips and knee pain. But if you look at the science around the ability to squat I knew I wanted to get back to this agility ability. Some people roll towels up under their heels to get back to squatting but I bought these, and after a dedicated month + of morning and bedtime slow & easy squats, I'm getting there! So good for hips and knees. There are entire cultures out there who squat throughout their LONG lifespans. I want to be one of them! Enjoy the work ~

I have drop foot so these little things are awesome on my ankle and calf stretches.

too shoot for big feet. I'm size 12 and my toes hang off the top.

I'm just needing something to help me stretch my calves and get the blood pumping in my legs. I didn't want wedges that were real steep. These wedges allow my to do calf raises and stretches without feeling like it's too much of a strain for me. I'm also able to do a few squats with these without feeling like I'm going to lose my balance. I'm 53, so just looking to keep the ol' body moving and the blood pumping without killing myself on gym equipment lol.

I have a stereo system with a raised center speaker above the TV on a shelf. These worked nicely to direct the sound downward toward the listening couch, for clearer sound. The speaker doesn't move or slide.

Using them for my center channel speaker to angle the speaker up...they are not exactly even...but works just fine

I left them outside for a week, but the awful chemical smell is still there.I suppose they work ok, but I don't want them offgassing in my house.
