Simple and easy
I bought this tablet for my mom and it has been a great purchase. It came with a lot of extra accessories, which was a really nice bonus and made it feel like a great value. The tablet itself is very easy to use and set up. My mom is a senior and isn’t very familiar with technology, but she was able to start using it quickly without getting frustrated. The screen is clear, the controls are simple, and everything is very user-friendly. If you’re looking for a tablet for a parent or grandparent who isn’t very tech-savvy, this is a great option. My mom loves it and uses it every day. 😊

Slow and Shuts down
This tablet looks pretty but it IS slow. The mouse and keyboard both connect via Bluetooth and even when it's saved it won't reconnect, you have to 'pair new device' again every time. The mouse requires two AAA batteries that are not included. The tablet came fully charged but the battery life does not last long at all. It's frustrating to wait so long to open an app and then the UI [User Interface] says isn't responding. If you want it for YouTube, Roblox or a few other game apps, forget it. From the get go it was taking a long time to set up. It also felt hot after playing a game for a short time. Hoping I get a refund so I can get my child something better! Edit to add another issue and one picture. We have only had this tablet on since Dec 24th. On the 26th it stopped working while just watching YouTube and will not come on. It turns on but stays on the loading up screen with the YQ10S. This is your reminder to listen to reviews! I normally always read before making a purchase but this time it was last minute Christmas gift and I hastily bought before reading.

Great customer support!
We had an issue with the first tablet we ordered. It stopped working completely within the first month of owning. We contacted customer service and got a fast solution for returning item and a new one sent immediately. No problems since receiving the new tablet and I would definitely do business again simply for the amazing customer support we received from the company.

10” Tablet with case, keyboard, mouse and stylus pen
This is a very nice tablet for watching YouTube or keeping track of your finances and making schedules, it comes with everything you need, you can’t beat the price, pretty durable, looks great, comes with a protective case that closes to protect the screen from scratches, I don’t need a lot of storage so it has plenty for me. Great investment.

OK but SLOOOOOW
I got this knowing it was cheap and probably slow, but honestly, I figured it would serve our purposes, but it is SLOW! I got it for my kids for a school/learning app and the tablet basically makes the app unusable. The app can't keep up with my kids on this tablet (for reference the app I was trying to use was the "Readablity" app) I should have listened to the reviews that said it was slow. I even tried adding an SD card to see if that would help- darned if I know if it actually did anything! However, it does run the ABC Mouse application for my kids; the start up is slow but once the app is running it seems fine. This tablet would be fine for browsing, YouTube, email and maybe simple apps like solitaire, anything beyond that it's probably not good for

For 100 bucks it's decent. Speed is ok however when installing the parental app it kept freezing. Had to reboot and run the tablet without parental monitoring app running to stop it from freezing. Accessories are cheaply made but that's expected for the money paid so no complaints. I'd recommend for kids and general usage but wouldn't expect big things from it.

Got this for my son earlier Christmas gift was gona put coal under the tree but i let him play this as he think its for so far i set it up for him as kids tablet i like figure be a good starters an if he goes awal with it can track his steps gotta play more with it all around pretty kool bundle
